Soak up the summer fun in the private heated (for additional fee) pool, or lounge on the patio and be captivated by the beautiful mountain view. This Southwestern style home has beautiful mid-century design roots, enhanced with elevated amenities and stunning decor.

This little slice of paradise is the perfect Palm Springs getaway!

Every detail of this gorgeous home is guaranteed to make you say, `Wow!` This Southwestern style home has beautiful mid-century design roots, enhanced with elevated amenities and stunning decor. Very bright and spacious (2400 sqft) sleeps 8 comfortably.

The moment you step through the door, paradise begins and the rest of the world disappears. With high ceilings and large archway, you will be instantly captivated. Open concept Living Room with a Smart TV and fireplace, adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen boasting updated appliances and large island with seating for 4 + dining table for 7. Sliding doors leading the private pool and patio makes for easy indoor and outdoor living.

Appreciate the breathtaking mountain range views outside on the patio. The free form pool catches a lot of sun, enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool to cool off. Or just sit outside and sip on a cup of coffee. The outdoor areas of this home are what make this tranquil paradise, ordering daytime poolside rays and the perfect retreat for those magical desert nights by the fire pit.

Three large suites, of which have ensuite bathrooms, and a fourth bedroom with hallway bathroom access. The Master Bedroom featuring a King bed offers its own private entrance, indoor fireplace, ensuite bathroom, seating area, and stunning mountain views from its patio area.

Equipped with elevated amenities and decor, you won`t want to leave. But paradise doesn`t stop at the front door. Paradise continues wherever you go, we are located a short distance to popular restaurants, bars, shopping, and so much sunshine!

Parking is limited to (1) car per bedroom = 4 cars max

ENTERTAINMENT:
*2 Smart TVs, one in the Living Room and one in the Master Bedroom where you can access streaming services. Guests have to log into their streaming account. Please don’t forget to log out from your account at the end of your stay.
*Wireless Internet Service is provided throughout the home
*Games available for more entertainment

KITCHEN AND DINING:
*Fully equipped kitchen for your convenience: Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker (Keurig), Toaster, Dishes Utensils
*Dining area seats 7 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island

*Guests won’t be able to set the AC thermostat below 74F (cooling) since this would freeze and damage the system.
*Ceiling fans in living room, master bedroom, and guest bedrooms and 1 portable fan is available
*Washer and Dryer available for your convenience

*Private Pool (heating for an extra fee)
*Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk.

It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be removed from stands when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.

The City of Palm Springs has resumed in-person meet and greets pursuant to
PSMC 5.25.070(m). “The Owner or the Owner’s agent or representative shall
meet the Responsible Party in person at the Vacation Rental or the Owner’s
or Owner’s agent’s office prior to, or within twenty-four (24) hours of, the
commencement of the occupancy and verbally explain and describe all rules
and regulations applicable to the use of the property as a Vacation Rental
and the responsibilities of the Responsible Party to the neighbors
and the City as well as the Owner. The Owner shall secure the signature of
the Responsible Party and all adult guests to a statement of rules and regulations 
”

Whether it’s a round of golf in the winter or a massage at a first-class spa resort, Palm Springs is the place to enjoy life. Often described as a small city with the cultural amenities of an urban area, the shopping, entertainment, dining and recreational opportunities are first-class.

Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.

Home Truths:
*Water can take a few minutes to heat up in the winter
*The pool can get dirty very quickly at times due to desert weather. We`ll do our best to get the pool company out there as soon as possible.
*The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.
*Cleaning supplies can be in places that are easily accessed by children. Please take caution.
*Neighbors have dogs that may bark sometimes
*Backyard is close to neighbors so staying within noise ordinance is very important!

Pool Heating and Spa (if applicable to this property):
*Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter. Please inquire about extra fees if booking long (28+ night) stays;
*Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F;
*Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it’s usually 80F+ naturally;
*Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
*Spa/Jacuzzi when available, its heating is included and initiated on-demand by the guest onsite.

Guests will be charged the TOT and TBID taxes.

KEY VACATION RENTAL REGULATIONS:
‐ A written rental agreement is required prior to occupancy of this Vacation Rental Property.
‐ The responsible person, whose name is on the rental contract must provide a copy of a government issued ID to the Vacation Rental Host.
‐ The Responsible Party occupying this Vacation Rental Property shall be at least 25 years old; and is responsible for the compliance of the Vacation Rental Regulations for all occupants and guests.
‐ Amplification of sound, including music, outdoor speakers, TV’s, etc., outside of the dwelling unit is PROHIBITED and SHALL NOT BE AUDIBLE AT THE PROPERTY LINE.
‐ Maximum occupancy limits for this Vacation Rental Property as listed above shall not be exceeded at any time. Please note that Vacation Rental unit operators may impose their own occupancy limits as long as they do not exceed the City’s.
‐ Parking is limited to one (1) car per bedroom.
‐ Trash and refuse shall not be left stored within public view and must be in proper containers for the purpose of collection by the collectors and between the hours of five a.m. and eight p.m. on scheduled trash collection days.
‐ Occupants are subject to immediate citation and fine for creating a disturbance or violating the Vacation Rental or other regulations.
HOUSE SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES:
By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined at the Guest Terms page found by accessing air concierge online and navigating to the Footer where such terms can be found as titled Terms and Conditions Guest Terms - Air Concierge, as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the booking platform Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
-The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
-Local ordinance requires host to obtain a photocopy of the renter`s ID for verification before check-in
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property with reasonable notice at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Landscaping & Pool maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music.
-This is a NON-SMOKING property.
