This tastefully furnished modern villa is located within the prestigious Secret Valley Golf complex with two golf courses and a clubhouse and just 15 minutes from Paphos Airport. Aphrodite Hills and the local villages of Kouklia and Mandria are a few minutes away by car as is the famous Aphrodite’s Rock.

The villa features its own private kidney-shaped pool (5m x 10m and 1.2m -18m deep), large terraces and mature landscaped gardens.

The villa is on two levels, downstairs featuring a cloakroom, large open-plan living/dining area and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms are able to be configured as twin or double rooms. All have their own balcony, air-conditioning and additional fans. The master bedroom has its own en-suite and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Wi-Fi and a smart TV with all English channels including major sports.

Pool/beach towels, hairdryers and security safes for valuables are provided.

A gas barbecue is also available and table-top table tennis with net, balls and bats!

Baby equipment can be arranged free of charge on request with reasonable notice please!

Please note that a car is essential to visit the local restaurants, beaches and shops as well as to explore further afield.

Flexible early check in/late check out is usually available to accommodate flight times with prior notice. Please enquire if this is the case.

A fabulous villa in a peaceful location

We chose this villa based on the previous reviews and pictures and it did not disappoint!It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to main roads that lead to local attractions and shops.The villa was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a huge hit with our boys - they were in it everyday.Overall, we couldn't have asked for anything more - if we come back to Cyprus, we'd certainly consider staying here again.

Séjour à Kouklia Août 2024

Nous avons réservé la villa de Dawn pendant 2 semaines au mois d’Aout 2024. La villa était très propre et l’arrivée s’est déroulée avec un processus en autonomie (boîte à clé) qui s’est très bien passée. L’hôte a toujours été joignable lors de besoins de renseignements et son ami Michelle (voisine de la villa) nous a très bien accueillie et renseignée, merci à eux ! La villa est très bien équipée et conforme à la description. De plus, elle est t’es bien localisée (proche de supermarchés, de plages, de lieux touristiques et de villes pour se promener). Je recommande les yeux fermés cette villa ! Nous reviendrons volontiers sur l’île de Chypre, dans cette merveilleuse villa. Gautier

Wonderful Family Holiday

We had a wonderful, relaxing week at Villa Leon. It had everything you could need for a family break. Amazing pool and beautiful gardens in a quiet residential area. A car is needed to make the most of exploring the area. The Villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Dawn, the owner, answered any messages prior to arriving quickly and helpfully, we also really appreciated Dawn allowing us to check out later on the day we left due to a late flight. It made the whole experience much easier and the kids made the most of every last minute in the amazing pool. Michelle, the local contact, was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. She gave us our space but it was comforting to know she was just over the road if there were any issues (which there weren’t). We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to all. It was our first trip to Cyprus, but won’t be our last after such a great stay at Villa Leon.

Family Holiday

Perfect family holiday. Lovey Villa with excellent communication with the owner pre holiday and during our stay. Would highly recommend. Great location 10-15 mins drive from central Paphos and only a short drive from Paphos International airport.

We had our son daughter in law and grandchildren all staying. The children just loved the freedom it gave them. If the children are happy the parents are happy. The villa had everything and more that we required. The villa was spotless and we had a lovely welcome pack from Michelle. Both Michael and Michelle couldn’t have been more helpful. We would super recommend this to anyone thinking of renting a villa in Cyprus. We have rented a few on this complex over the years this has to be one of the best. Thank you again for a great holiday Jim and Louise

South Cyprus break

Excellent location between Paphos and Limassol. Many sights within an hour's drive. Can't comment on beaches as unfortunately we hit an unseasonably cool and wet period. Very helpful neighbour who cares for the property and the hosts were readily available by text / phone to deal with any issues. Spacious and well equipped.

We bought this beautiful villa in 2022 after falling in love with the clean lines and stylish, modern decor and high-spec finishes and furniture. We also love that the villa is so well placed between Limassol and Paphos, both within easy reach by car, as are many of the local beaches with something for everyone. It’s a great location for golfers, cheaper and quieter than nearby Aphrodite Hills!
