Häpnadsväckande 4 sovrum, 8 personer villa belägen i Secret-dalen bara 5 minuters bilresa till havet och 3 mästerskapsstandard golfbanor. Villan är lyxigt med alla bekvämligheter i ett hem, inklusive satellit-TV, DVD-spelare, Internet, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, tvättmaskin och en grill. Det finns luftkonditioneringsapparater / värmare i varje rum. Varje sovrum sover två och har eget duschrum. Det finns 8 solstolar och en stor mobil paraply sol-skugga, och en uteservering set med plats för 8 med ett paraply. Trädgårdarna kring den stora poolen är vackert formgiven och villan ligger på toppen av en kulle med utsikt över havet och den omgivande sluttning. En mild bris fyller huset svalna även de hetaste sommardagar. Villan Läget är lugnt och fridfullt men nära nog till närliggande byar för shopping och restauranger. Down-town Paphos är en 15 minuters bilresa bort där deras är riklig fritidsaktiviteter samt hem till fantastiska arkeologiska platser.

Perfect Villa in Secret Valley

We had a fantastic stay at Anita’s Villa - beautiful garden. villa was large, very clean, well equipped and perfect for our family. Will be booking again for next summer.

Great value

Lovely villa in a good location. We hired a car so we could explore and here you are close to the A6 with easy access to and from Paphos airport. The pool was a good size and there were plenty of sun loungers. 4 bedrooms each with its own en-suite was a great bonus.

Another great trip near Kouklia

From booking to arrival, the whole process was simple and went without any problems. The property was fantastic in an area we know well. Only 10mins drive to nearest village. 15mins to supermarket. Very close to golf course. The property was as described and had everything we needed. Anita left instructions for settling in well

Fabulous Villa lovely Location Wonderful Holiday!!

My husband, adult daughter and myself booked last minute due to changed arrangements and Covid. Anita was amazing responds quickly and we had everything we needed to get into the property on arrival. The villa was lovely, spacious and clean it is in a lovely quiet location not far from secret valley, the scenery around the villa is amazing you can see the sea from the Master bedroom terrace, the pool is lovely keeps you refreshed whilst sunbathing on the patio, it’s also cleaned twice a week The villa has everything you need to enjoy a holiday in Cyprus the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals with plenty of pots and pans and crockery. Would definitely recommend a car as nothing much within walking distance we were in Cyprus for a wedding and we did also travel around the island a little. The best supermarket we found was in Pissouri they had the best selection of fresh meat & fish, fresh fruit & veg plus a bakery with great croissants, cakes & donuts it was about 15 min drive from the Villa and Paphos is around 20-25 mins drive with lots of shops restaurants etc We loved our stay in the villa we didn’t want to leave would definitely recommend great value for money and would happily stay there again, if you are looking for a peaceful relaxing place to stay this is the one for you Thank you Anita

Einfach top!

Wir waren für 14 Tage in Anitas Place und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus war sauber und wir wurden freundlich von Michelle empfangen. Aufgrund unserer zeitigen Landung durften wir vor Check-In schonmal die Koffer im Haus abstellen, da es im Auto etwas eng war. Michelle hat uns alles gezeigt und restliche offene Fragen beantwortet. Bei Unklarheiten während unseres Aufenthaltes hat Anita uns immer zeitnah geholfen. Auch der Service ringsum, z.B. mit dem Poolboy, hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Es war alles beschriebene vorhanden und wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Gegend ist gut erschlossen und modern, aber trotzdem angenehm ruhig mit ländlichem Flair. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schöne Villa in toller Lage

Uns hat es gut gefallen in Anitas Villa. Man hat vom Balkon einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und zum Fenster in der Küche schaut man ins bergige Land. Der Garten mit Pool ist toll. Vielen lieben Dank auch für die immer sofortigen Antworten Anita!

Lovely Villa and great communication.

We have just returned from an 18 day stay in Anita’s Villa. We had the best time, location was perfect with some fantastic views. The cleaner Michelle was so lovely and made time to come & introduce herself to us we had a problem with the kettle and Michelle got straight onto replacing it for us. The man was really friendly. Anita herself was a fantastic host and replied so quickly to any questions I had she even let us stay in the Villa a little longer on departure day as we had a late flight. Thank you making our stay in Cyprus so wonderful.

Excellent value for money

We have just returned after 2 week stay, although we never met the host Anita I would like to thank her for her communication both during the booking process and during our stay, thank you. The villa and pool were as described, location for us was perfect, out of the way but easily accessible with a car for Pathos and surrounding areas, we all loved the pool, it was cleaned twice a week and warm, as I said before we all thought excellent value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Perfect vacation in beautiful villa

We were two families who spent one week at the end of June in Anita's villa and we had perfect time there. Villa is located on the edge of neighbourhood and apart from one loud evening party in the villa next to us, it was quiet place. There is nice and well maintenaned garden with pool oriented towards south. Heating is extra option but there is a pool cover which can bring the water temperature up by few degrees. What I was just missing was a bit more of shade outside. There is only one umbrella above eating table and second next to pool for sunbeds. Interior of villa is nice, simple and functional. Air conditioning unit is in each room and each of the four bedrooms (1 downstairs, 3 upstairs) have dedicated shower and toilet which is really convenient. Kitchen is big and well equipped with everything you need. There is as well some basic food articles like salt, pepper, seasonings, tea etc. What I would like to underlilne is Anita hospitality and communication. She was answering on all my emails and requests very promtply so we feeled really welcomed and everything went smooth. Last but not least was quite nice price for our stay adding very good price to value ratio. In conlusion, we really enjoyed staying in Anita's villa and I can recommend it to everyone and especially for families with children.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub mit tollen Stunden am Pool. Leider eine Einkaufstasche im Haus vergessen und direkt per Mail nachgefragt, aber keine Antwort mehr erhalten !!! Wäre schön, doch noch eine Antwort von Anita zu erhalten.

Wunderbar ruhige Wochen im Paradis

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa, vielen Dank. Zu 6. haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Der Service bei Fragen sowie das Personal vor Ort (Poolboy, Gärtner, etc) waren jederzeit top. Wir würden immer wiederkommen! Da ich leider derzeit einen Finger gebrochen habe und eine Hand geschient ist, fällt die Bewertung derzeit kürzer aber nicht weniger positiv aus.

Tolles Haus, traumhafter Pool

Das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, denn wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Spülmaschine war vor allem laut, hat aber viel Dreck auf dem Geschirr gelassen. In den Bädern gab es keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Zahnputzzeug, Deo u.ä. Es wäre toll, wenn die Poolbeleuchtung (außen u. Unterwasser) abschaltbar wäre.

Exactly as described

Beautiful property . Really clean . Pool a real asset and reassuring that it's cleaned twice weekly - early morning so not to disturb you. Garden was lovely . All rooms have ensuite which is real touch of luxury. The only negative for me was that the bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable. I slept on a folded duvet but still had backache. Also a suggestion that the owner might consider including pool towels as these are bulky items to bring on the plane . Indoor towels were fluffy and soft Our family had a great holiday in your lovely house . Thank you . Liz Pressley
