Escape to paradise at our oceanfront vacation rental, perfect for beach lovers, families, sunset enthusiasts, and couples! Wake up to breathtaking sunrise views and unwind with picturesque sunsets right from your balcony.
PLEASE 2024 Note- the exterior of the building will be undergoing some repairs. There could be noise around the building. However, due to the location of our unit, we have not had any noise issues.
The resort charges an $80 amenities fee. I have included this in my pricing. I will prepay it for you, however, you will be required to fill out a registration form prior to arrival. Upon arrival, you will show them the code, and they will give you the bands and parking pass for your stay.

NO SMOKING in the condo, by the front door or on the balcony. If any smoke smell is in the condo, you will be required to pay a $500 cleaning fee.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement and a $200 security hold will be required through a secure link.

Varför värden valde detta boende
The view! We were looking at larger units with different views- but fell in love with this view. I thought the 15th floor would be to high, but turns out it is my favorite. We love sitting on the deck listening to the waves crashing and watching the amazing sunset. We also have a great view of the dolphins playing! We are walking distance to great restaurants and local entertainment options.
