YMCA, library, & parks with in walking distance. 1.3 miles from Randolph Macom College, 9 miles from King dominion, 14 miles to Richmond Raceway, multiple restaurants, coffee shops, sports bars, and stores with-in 3 miles. This home is located in a quiet & safe family neighborhood. Comfortable House

Overall we had a great stay. The house was clean and comfortable with good amenities. The location was perfect for visiting King's Dominion. I was worried when I received emails from VRBO a few days before my trip but they didn't include check-in information. It was difficult to contact Heather through VRBO messaging, but once she called and texted me the communication improved. She was able to explain that she would text me the door code once the cleaners had finished at the property and it was ready for check in and that is exactly what happened.

Only 3 stars because the pillows are disgustingly old and flat. I had to go buy my own pillows at Kohl’s because I could not do it lol. Very bad window coverings. They need to invest in blindsBut other than that the kitchen was clean and updated.

Perfect House

We loved our stay at this location. Heather was easy to deal with, the home was clean and beautiful, the nieghborhood is quiet and lovely. Lots to do and eat in the area. We had a great time.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood

This home was lovely and perfect for our family to stay in after a day at Kings Dominion. Everything was very clean and there were even snacks if we needed. The manager was very communicative. Highly recommend.

Our family of 6 stayed one night in this lovely home. We had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Check-in and check-out was seemless. Beds are comfy, linens are soft. We cooked breakfast and had all cookware and utensils that we needed. needed.

Super clean but very noisy

Probably one of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed in. Unfortunately the back yard in on a state highway with constant high speed traffic and trucks use air brakes to slow down. The listing description is inaccurate. It is not quiet. There wasn't even any outdoor furniture in the back. Makes sense, ti's too noisy to sit outside. Bring your ear plugs or loud noise maker if you stay here. If noise doesn't bother you, it is a nice place.
