Lake Charlevoix Waterfront- Boat for Rent!
With 250â of water frontage, a wrap around deck with a HOT TUB and a pontoon boat available for rent, this home is the perfect place for your family to gather and make memories. Come visit NoMi for a fall color tour, a winter downhill ski trip or our favorite season, summer!
A giant âLily Pad,â kayaks and paddle boards are available for everyone to enjoy are too! They're kept in a shed by the water .
We also offer a licensed Captained boat for rent. A beautiful 30' Crownline. Inquire!
Please let us know how many cars you will need to park during your stay so we can accommodate. There is one garage slip available and covered storage for bikes.
We live nearby so we can be available on site if needed.
Please message, text or call with any questions. We are available 24/7, but please respect reasonable hours of 8am-9pm unless it's urgent. We want you to have everything you need to enjoy our home and do everything in our power to ensure that is the case!
We love to offer our input if you need suggestions. We can also line up great local babysitters, catering services and family photo shoots to capture your moments and turn them into lifelong memories!
The house is about 4 miles from Boyne City and a short drive (by way of the Ironton Ferry) to Charlevoix. Everything is within reach!
A dock and water toys will be installed as weather allows in the spring. If youâre looking a sandy beach, Whiting Park is less than a mile away and a local favorite.
Parking for 3-4 cars is available at the house. Use of one stall in the two car garage is also acceptable. Inquire about parking your trailer. We can usually accommodate.
We share a driveway with the neighbors. The house is at the end of a long driveway. Come all the way to the back and please do not use their driveway as a turn around.
We have 2 boats for rent, at additional costs. Not included with property rental. No tying your personal boat to the dock.

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit Hold in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules / Manual.
Please sign the agreement and do a security deposit hold in the Happy Guest portal.

We are an active family of four that loves all the recreation Northern Michigan offers. We are involved in the community and have a great pulse on all the 'happenings'. We love sharing advice and suggestions so you get the most out of your visit here. Whether it's July or January, you will have plenty to do and see and will want to come back!
We have been hosting guests since we bought our first rental home in 2017 and it has quickly multiplied. We now own homes in three NoMi communities and manage homes for others. We are still a small operation so when you rent from us, you get us on the other end of the phone if any needs arise.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Boyne City is a community of mixed travel. This home is set amongst a charming Boyne City neighborhood. Streets are lined with sidewalks where people say hello to one another while walking their dogs. We welcome guests that travel from all over to enjoy the natural beauty of northern Michigan. Of course one of our favorites is beautiful Lake Charlevoix which sits right outside your door. We have pontoon boats available for rent as well as a MOBILE SAUNA large enough for your whole group! Inquire for more info.

There is a pet fee of $125. We love dogs, but realize that not all of our guests do. We work hard to make sure there is no evidence after each four legged guest so we have the following rules:
1. No dogs on the furniture.
2. You must clean up all waste in the yard. If not, a fee of $50-$100 will be charged.
3. Dogs must not be left alone at the house unless crated.
4. The pet fee you paid covers your dogâs stay. Any additional cleaning required (hair, paw prints, dirt, etc) because of your dog will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. We do have cleaning supplies available at the house, so if there is a need to clean up after your dog, youâll have the opportunity. Please DO NOT wash/dry comforters. Again, we just ask that pets are not on the beds (or any furniture).
