Great Host and Property

Xiaojing Meng was an amazing host and helped make this rental seamless. For a last-minute request, he made the process very easy. The home was spotless. We appreciate being so accommodating.

Quiet and clean stay

We were able to easily coordinate check in and check out. This place certainly has enough sleeping space for a large group. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was clean. We had plenty of towels and sheets for everyone.

Least Comfortable VRBO and dirty

Worst vacation rental I've experienced. The listing is inaccurate - it's a 5 bedroom with a couple of common areas not a 6 or 7 bedroom. The number and type of beds in each room is not correct. Then there's zero comfort - there isn't enough bedding. We got one tiny bath towel each, and no handtowels. There were dirty towels thrown in one closet. We had to go buy our own toilet paper, laundry soap, and some blankets. There were ants all over the towels. A pile of hair in the corner of the master shower. The master bathtub didn't work. The pans were filthy. The check in process she required us to meet in person for a 30 minute don't party or else lecture. Everything we did she said we'd be charged extra. Turn up the heat to 70 (because there's no bedding)? - We would have to pay extra. Have a friend for dinner? Extra. And the worst? Some of the sheets were SEWN onto the beds. Yes, that's right - they could never be washed. We almost vomited when we realized that we were sleeping where every other guest had slept. VRBO, shame on you for allowing this inaccurate listing and allowing her to review her own property
