This property is the perfect place to call your home base for your Canadian Rockies adventures. Located about 25 minutes from Banff, it’s just close enough to be away from the crowds, while still leaving you to experience all Canmore has to offer.

Condo stay

We stayed in Canmore for a couple nights to see the area which is a great place to stay if you want to go to Banff, Lake Louise and the rest of that area. The condo was just enough for our stay. We could have had more towels and a bath mat but other than that a perfect spot and close to grocery store and other shops and restaurants. The parking was also a bit confusing but we did find one by our door but when we left for the day that spot was gone so we had to find another a few doors down.

Great Location

Recently did a girls weekend in Canmore at this condo. Positives were lots of room for 3 women and we each had our own bed. The kitchen was well equipped. The complimentary Netflix was nice. It was an easy walk to downtown and many great restaurants. There was a hot tub on site that we ran out of time to enjoy. The only negatives were having to take the toilet lid off to flush the toilet in the main suite ensuiteand the walls were kind of dirty throughout the property. The microwave was a bit svar

Quiet, clean, and comfortable in a central location

We stayed for 6 nights (1 dad and his 17 yr old son, 1 mom and her 17 yr old son) while participating in the XC Ski Nationals. The fact that both bedrooms have their own full ensuite bathrooms was absolutely perfect given that we were two separate family units sharing this unit. The building is very quiet - we couldn't hear any road noise, sounds from adjacent units, nor from people moving around upstairs (ie kitchen) while we were in the bedroom directly below. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable so we were able to get the rest we needed when not at the Nordic Centre. It was super easy to contact the managers with any questions, and we always received rapid responses. The one caveat is about the parking setup for this building - it requires very careful maneuvering to get bigger vehicles (trucks, SUVs) into the stalls due to the concrete supports and pillars, but it IS possible, even for large pickups. Would stay here again!

Perfect location, excellent setup!

I have stayed in Canmore many times and was hesitant to try a new place but this place worked out perfectly for our group of 3 adult friends. Easy access to the room was amazing! No underground garage, just drive up to the front door and unload. The hot tub was right next door, it was clean and hot and was perfect after a day of skiing. The bedrooms were downstairs which provided privacy and quite sound proof. All questions were promptly answered. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Great location & property!

We enjoyed staying at this property. We found there was lots of room for our needs and having three bathrooms was awesome. We were super close to the hot tub/gym amenities, which we loved. The free National Park pass was very appreciated. Parking is first-come-first-serve, which is not ideal.

The suite was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Including sharp knives, and lots of pots and pans. The king bed in the master was comfortable, firm, with little to no motion transfer between people. There was ample space for our family of 5. We enjoyed our stay.

Property is in great location to downtown. We only used the master bedroom and the king bed was very comfortable with great foam supportive pillows. The second bedroom with double beds was a great size but cannot comment on the comfort of the beds. Property was very clean. The park parking passes were a huge bonus and saved us a lot of money on a two day wedding visit. Parking really is first come first served and street parking is limited because of all the town homes and condos in the area. At 11.30pm there was no parking anywhere and we ended up in a friend’s hotel parking 2 blocks away, no fault of the owners but be aware.

Nice Space - Good location - Hosts need work

We enjoyed ourselves. Check in was easy. In future, however, it would be a bonus to the guests to provide a list of what is and what is not available. As the Walmart is in Cochrane, and non-food items can be pricey at the grocery store, it would be good to know that there are no plastic containers to store leftovers in, no condiments, etc. The toilet paper holder that was previously broken in another review, and was noted as being fixed was not. There was no laundry soap, just dawn dish soap. Also, if you're going to refill your soap dispensers with a different soap than what's on the label, you need to make it known as some people have allergies. This was the case with one of our party as she's allergic to Soft Soap, which seems to be what was in every container. Also, the bath towels provided were for tiny people, not bigger ones. When I wrote to ask about this, I was not responded to properly, just a bot return stating what our arrangements were. Also, they said they got rid of a second bbq on the balcony, but they hadn't. In addition, there is no room to sit and have a coffee for more than one person on the balcony. Also, the bathtub in one of the bathrooms was broken - couldn't use it for any purpose other than a shower. Also, as the sofa was being used as a bed, the coffee table required three of us to move it. The hosts might want to consider lighter furniture so that it doesn't take the whole group to move it.

Great Group Setting!

We were 5 people in Canmore for a wedding. The townhouse was beautiful, easy location to get around or walk to the tourist area. Loved having an ensuite for each bedroom. A couple of the guests thought the beds could have been softer. There were a few broken dining room chairs which should have been repaired for guests, but otherwise everything was great. Parking can be an issue tho. Although there is supposed to be a spot for each suite, the second night everything was full, including the handicap stall (without a handicap sticker on the vehicle parked there). We had to park several blocks away. For feedback, a full length mirror would be an added bonus to the suite! 4 women getting ready for a wedding would have found it helpful. Great place and would definitely stay again.
