With an open floor plan, the main living areas are located on the second floor, providing easy access to the expansive deck that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.

This home is perfect for entertaining friends and family. The open kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances, ideal for gatherings around the large island. The dining room, living room, and family room all have sliders that lead to the huge deck, where you can relax and enjoy the sound of waves breaking and dolphins jumping in the surf.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
- The first floor features two bunk beds, accommodating a total of 4 twin beds, perfect for kids.
- The garage includes a game area with a pool table, ping pong table, and TV for entertainment.
- A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this level.
- The second floor houses the fully stocked kitchen, living room, family room, and dining area that seats 10.
- Access to the oversized deck with private access to Flagler Beach is available from this level.
- An outdoor shower is conveniently located outside.
- The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, and wash sink.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
