The main floor features a unique bourbon themed sitting room and a fenced in backyard. Steps away from a walking trail that leads conveniently to Masterson Station Park and its 15 acre fenced in dog park. 6 miles to Rupp Arena, and 7 miles to Keeneland Race Course. King, Queen, 2 double beds, and a bunk.

Great property and amazing location, close to park, grocery stores, and horse racing history. Rideshare was easy to use to get down town. House was clean and in a safe neighborhood. Plenty of linens and cleaning supplies. Highly recommend.

We needed a place to stay with four bedrooms for two families near the Kentucky Horse Park. The listing was accurate, the beds were comfortable and the location was convenient and in a nice neighborhood.

Trailside Oasis was perfect for our family of 12. The fenced in yard was awesome for the little ones to be able to be outside without constant supervision. The bedrooms offered plenty of space with large bathrooms and plenty of closet space. The beds were very comfortable as well. The kitchen and dining areas were plenty big enough for cooking and eating. Our only negative is that it was a little farther from UK than we had anticipated. But that being said, I am sure we would stay here again if we are all at UK Family weekend in the future.

Nice house for a guys golf weekend. There were a few stains on the carpet when we showed up, and the owners were aware of this. Has everything you’d need for a short weekend or a long stay, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Deck could use another coat of paint, but overall was fine.

It was nice to have a backyard for the dog. The house was very roomy and the beds very comfortable.It was very close the the Kentucky Horse Park and convenient.We did run out of toilet paper. We were there a week with several adults. Just a note to the owner to make sure there is plenty of toilet paper. There were a lot of stains all over the carpet.

Great weekend

Perfect place for our family to get together and enjoy time with each other and our dogs. Location was close to everything we wanted and we had everything we needed. Easy check in and host was very communicative.

Lovely house in fantastic location!

Stayed for the long Memorial Day weekend, not only is the house lovely and well maintained, but the location is perfect for all the cool things to do in Lexington! Will definitely stay again on our next trip to KY!

Great Location, great house

This house is perfect for events at Masterson Station. The bedrooms are spacious, the dining area has a big table where your group can gather, and it was clean and tidy.

Great house and location for KHP event

The house was close to the KHP and made it easy to get to and from our daily events. The house was close to great restaurants and amenities which made our stay easy and our host were very responsive to our needs. We would stay here again.

Great location

The property is in a great location. The neighborhood seems very nice and safe. We were only a 10 min. drive from the Rupp Arena/Convention Center. The house is very spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Check in/out was very convenient.

Great stay

This was the first time we booked a Arbnb and when i say they made it so easy for my group. The property was very nice and clean. It was close to everything we needed. My family enjoyed the stay. I would book again if we decide to do a big group again.

The house was perfect for our group of 12 (adults and young adults). Plenty of space for everyone. Could have used another full bath, but we worked it out. Only 4 stars for cleanliness due to multiple existing stains on rugs.

Great house, great location

We spent a week for a home away from home while in the area for doctor appointments. Great neighborhood conveniently located close to downtown. The house was well cleaned and well maintained, with plenty of room to entertain family visitors. We have already booked another week long stay in the near future. The host was always quick to respond to any and all of our questions.

Property was conveniently located. However, it was filthy. In addition, the dishwasher did not work, the lights bulbs were burnt out in the master closet and master bedroom. The BBQ grill was non functioning and also filthy. There was insufficient kitchen ware - forks, etc. There was food left from other guests/residents.

Really nice stay

Host was great. Clear and prompt communication. Property was very clean except for the carpet which had many stains. There was a broken board on the deck. Very convenient location with grocery store etc nearby. Nice quiet neighborhood.
