The main floor features a unique bourbon themed sitting room (with sleeper sofa) and fenced in backyard. 2 miles from Masterson Station Park which has a 15 acre fenced in dog park. 5 miles to Rupp Arena, and 7 miles to Keeneland Race Course. 2 king beds and 3 queen beds. Large eat in kitchen open to living room.

Great Place for our Family Trip!

We had a group of 15 adults and kids to visit the Bourbon Trail. This house was great for us- open concept and enough space for us to spread out. Very clean and the host provided detailed instructions for check in.

Lexington house

The home was very nice and with open concept. All bedrooms were spacious with plenty of room for 9 of us. The fenced back yard was nice for our dog, also including a nice deck with table and chairs. Location of home was perfect as we visited The Kentucky Horse Park. Also great location for restaurants and shopping.

Weekend birthday celebration

Great house with lots of room! Bourbon room was perfect for our birthday theme. Only complaints I have is the neighbors dog barking non stop! We couldn’t enjoy the back deck. Train comes through very early and woke me up before 7 everyday and the kitchen needed a few more pans. Communication was awesome! Jeremy was great to work with!

Road to the Horse 2023

Six of us stayed in this spacious, very comfortably furnished house. Four had our own rooms and 2 shared the master. Beds are large and comfy. There are plenty of towels! The main floor has lots of seating space. The open concept living room, dinette and kitchen allows guests to be together without being on top of one another. The house is pristine clean throughout. It's very close to the Kentucky Horse Park and about 15 minutes to Kroger's. Jeremy responded very quickly to any questions I had before arriving. The neighborhood is in a safe area and appears to be relatively new. Beware of 3 things: the neighbor has vocal dogs next door if you choose to use the back yard(we did not ). The house is in the flight path, but planes stop by 11pm. You can hear the train's long, loud whistle. So, light sleepers should bring ear plugs. We are looking forward to our next trip and we ALL want to book this house again! Thank you Jeremy!

Great place for a Thanksgiving Get Together

We rented this house for much of the Thanksgiving week, with two families (seven persons) staying at the house, and two more families with seven additional persons and a dog joining us during the day including Thanksgiving dinner. We all found this to be a great venue to celebrate the holiday with a family get together. The hosts were very helpful in our planning so we knew to bring a few extras to make the kitchen fully functional for the preparation of a really big meal. A Kroger grocery store is 10 minutes away and a gas station with a supermarket-type convenient store is only six minutes away which made the organizing of the Thanksgiving dinner very easy. House is modern, well-maintained and spacious in a typical subdivision setting. Up-to-date appliances, very strong wifi and internet. Plenty of smart TV’s including a really big one in the main sitting area. Quiet property despite being located on a residential collector street and not too far away from a rail line. We enjoyed ice skating downtown (an easy 13-minute drive), and a walk in the UK arboretum (20 minutes by car) as well as a drive through the beautiful Bluegrass Region country side which literally starts right behind the subdivision where this house is located.
