Private. Clean and quiet. Safe neighborhood. I like that your parked outside your door. Coffee maker needs to be replaced it took over 16 minutes to brew. Mattress very comfortable but bed frame very squeaky. I would still recommend this rest apartment highly. Thank you.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My husband and I got away for a three day weekend for his birthday to enjoy our time in Tarpon Springs and Crystal River and this place was perfect for our stay. The lovely bedroom, kitchen and bathroom was clean, pleasing to the eye and had everything we needed while being away from home. Both my husband and I highly recommend this property.

Great efficiency

This was a great little place ! We were in town for a wedding, we were pleasantly surprised that the kitchenette had everything we needed. Very clean and private , the owners only came over to give us new beach towels when they noticed we had ours drying. We would definitely stay again if in the area !

Clean, tastefully decorated

Keep in mind that, unlike most other VRBO offerings, this is an area of a house, not an entire house rental. It is a single car garage that has been tastefully converted into which should be compared to a hotel room. Comparing it to other.VRBO whole house rentals would be unfair. As hotel rooms go, this wasn’t bad. It’s off the beaten path, but I needed a place that was close to Tarpon Springs and New Port Ritchey. While Holiday doesn’t have much in it, it is centrally located. You’ll be driving to whatever your activities are. This room was spotless. It has what can generously be called a kitchenette, but you really won’t be cooking meals here. Heating up doggy bag leftovers will be the extent of your cooking as the kitchen is not equipped with much but the bare essentials. But, you won’t starve. The hot plate and two pans included wee enough to cook some prepackaged stuff. You’ll need to get your own coffee, coffee, filters, salt, and pepper, pretty much all consumables except paper products. Bathroom is nice. The bed makes a lot of noise. Moving around even a tiny amount can create enough creaking to wake me and my spouse up. The price was reasonable for what it offers. When comparing it to other places, keep in mind, it’s just a hotel room like setting not a whole house and it not on a canal. If you need an inexpensive place to flop for a few nights, this is a far, far better choice than the cheap hotels in New Port Richey.

My husband and I recently stayed at this property for our honeymoon. Upon first arrival, there didn’t seem to be any issues with the property and the host was kind. As we stayed day by day, we noticed that this place does have a major ant problem. We unfortunately found ants in food that had not been opened, and we also saw clusters of ants around the kitchen sink, on the counters, along the bottom of the toilet, near the shower in the bathroom, etc. The ants seem to be seeping in through the cracks in the house; cracks in the windows in the kitchen, bottom of toilet, bathroom window areas, up the sinks, and through the main door area. Our stay became increasingly stressful because we had to make sure we borderline were not eating in this place to prevent ants from pouring in. There were even a couple of ants we saw in our bed with no presence of food being in the bed with us.Below is a photo of an unopened bag of caramel corn we had as a wedding gift. Upon getting all of our things together before we headed back home, we discovered there were ants swarming inside of it. I wish our cameras picked up better quality photos, but the little black specs you can see in the photo circled on the bag are all ants, as well as a couple of ants got on my husband’s hand when he was touching the bag as well. All in all, the ants were swarming the inside and outside of this bag, and we wish we had a better experience with this rental.

Overall everything was great. The only thing I think needs specified is that it is attached to someone homes. I had stayed for a week with my toddler and the accommodations were wonderful.

Overnight Biking Trip
