~~ HUGE 2-BED, 2.5 BATH @ 1236 SQ FT, main room ALONE is 600 sq ft and very open concept so everyone, ANYWHERE in the main room, gets a view of the beach.
~~ Sleeps up to 6 but MAX 4 adults with King, Queen and set of twin bunks and kids for bunks must be 12 & under.
~~New bunk room furniture and mattresses, 2021.
~~All new Whirlpool stainless appliances 2020.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: With 9-mile long Little Lagoon behind us, you'll have views in EVERY direction and summer sunsets over the Lagoon. There is a fishing pier only a couple minutes' walk away, perfect for fishing, crabbing. About 3 blocks west of us, you'll find the Pass, where Little Lagoon connects to the Gulf. This is a perfect fishing area, with shallow waters and then a drop-off. You can wade-fish for speckled trout, flounder, redfish, etc. The island beach area that forms in the pass is wonderful for for toddlers/non-swimmers since it is shallow, protected swimming waters, teeming with minnows, hermit crabs, and shore birds.
Don't waste time on AVERAGE vacation! Dare you to compare.
*BEACH ACCESS: Public beach access is .11 of mile walk (less than one-half lap on a high school track) - across the street with boardwalk, shower, portable toilet, trash cans. Just bring your own beach towels and umbrella for the beach.
*WE PROVIDE: A rolling beach cart, 2 folding sand/beach chairs, and a rolling cooler. Also very nice linens (but bring your own beach towels), and starter supplies of a roll of toilet tissue for each bathroom, hand soap, dishwashing soap and electric dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent for towels.
*YOU BRING: umbrella, more beach chairs if needed, beach towels, SUNSCREEN, personal grooming items.
RESTAURANTS & GROCERIES: 30 restaurants within a 5-minute drive plus super Wal-mart, Rouse's Market, Dollar General, multiple convenience stores, fast food, souvenir shops, pizza, ice cream.
ACTIVITIES close by:
~The pass is 3 blocks down, which connects the Lagoon behind us to the Gulf in front of us, great fishing, wading, shallow, protected waters for younger kids, hermit crabs, minnows, crabbing, etc.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Gulf Shores is is the quintessential beach town - still quaint - yet has everything you need from a beach town for a great vacation! We grew tired of the traffic and hustle and bustle in Destin and other beach areas. Most importantly, we chose Gulf Shores for the sugar white sands, crystal clear water, and plenty to do (or NOT do). The location of this condo just can't be beat: close to everything, but just out of the fray of any traffic. We own several condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach because we just love this slice of paradise!
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Fishing in the Pass or in Little Lagoon behind the condo, walking to Bahama Bob's for happy hour or dinner, being able to take a jog down West Beach without fear of being run over! I also love the super fast wi-fi for my laptop on a rainy day. The views of BOTH the Gulf AND Little Lagoon are simply gorgeous!
