The rental was bit dirty, mold on the bathroom ceiling, holes in the drywall from the door handles, broken leg on the kitchen table, but it worked for our purposes. The least ideal part was the rental communication. Vacasa is another vacation rental site and they own the property and listed it on Vrbo. They wanted me to do everything through their app and sent emails links asking for payment despite already paying securely via Vrbo. It made it difficult to communicate as they wanted to have connect outside the Vrbo app (payment, sign a lease, etc) and I did not feel comfortable with that and wanted to keep everything via Vrbo

Wedding Weekend

Perfect place for a weekend stay for a local wedding. The property was clean and convenient to get to our locations for the weekend. My only suggestion for a stay longer than a weekend would be upgrading the cooking utensils as well if adding better glassware etc.

Enjoyed our stay; just as described in the listing

We stayed at this property for a wedding and to take advantage of a long weekend. The property was just as described and very clean. The elevator was broken when we first arrived, but the management company sent someone to fix it first thing the next day. The kitchen did have all the necessities but not much past the basics (which was fine, but good to know for other travelers). The location was also very convenient. I would recommend it!

Beautiful, new, clean property

The unit is actually better than the pictures portray. Everything is brand new and well appointed. The host has the unit well stocked with plenty of toiletries, linens and utensils. Communication was seamless and the unit was ready when we arrived. It is an easy 1 mile walk to the main street area and there is a great playground across the street. Will definitely book this unit again.

Home away from Home

We own a house in Beaufort that we love. We had serious water issues at our house which required on site supervision and direction. Plus our daughter-in-law and grand daughter who had recently left the area wanted to spend time with us and visiting friends. Also we always sirens New Year’s Eve with my sister and her family who live nearby. The rental was perfect; it satisfied all our needs. The space and location was great! We were even able to extend our stay with very little effort. The elevator malfunctioned, but the local property manager was terrific.
