AQUA VIEW – EAGLE BEACH – LEVENT CONDOMINIUMS
A stunning private air conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom condo with amazing views of the Caribbean Sea for you to enjoy morning, noon or night from your private balcony. This modern open concept condo has everything you will need for a great vacation or workcation: upgraded and fully equipped kitchen with Built-in appliances, Miele washer and dryer, beach gear, towels, bed linens, Aruba Aloe hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and more. Aqua View is across the street from Eagle Beach which is ranked #2 in the Caribbean and #3 in the world.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The open concept living area with amazing views of the ocean is provided with a 65” Sony TV with Sonos soundbar, a sectional sofa with queen size sofa bed, an extendable dining table with 6 dining chairs and 4 counter stools, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, 55” Sony TV with Sonos soundbar, desk and chair and walk out to the balcony. The master en-suite offers a full modern 3-piece bathroom with double sinks and a rain shower head, a built-in closet.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, a 50” Sony TV, 3-piece en-suite with rain head and handheld shower, built-in closet. Both en-suites include hair dryers.
There is a 2-piece bathroom off the main hallway.

The unit consists of 1,400 square feet, your own private balcony, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited Wi-fi, Netflix, local cable and Internet.
The condo is located on the 4th floor near an emergency stair exit.
Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds plus 1 queen size sofa bed.

The property at LeVent Condominiums has a large swimming pool, a children’s pool and a separate hot tub. There are several shaded or sunny areas to enjoy sitting or lounging around the tropical landscaped grounds. There is a children’s playground, an outdoor communal dining area where you can make use of 2 BBQ’s, an ice machine, a sink, washrooms, outdoor showers and a beach access gate. There is a communal rooftop area on the 7th floor for you to enjoy views of Aruba and the breathtaking sunsets. On-site there is a fitness room, Blue Waters Day Spa, coffee shop, and free parking within the 24/7 secured gated property. The property has security cameras around the property for added safety, including a Ring Doorbell in the hallway outside the entrance to the condo unit.

LeVent Condominiums is only steps away from the world-famous Eagle Beach.
We also provide you with beach chairs, Igloo cooler on wheels and beach towels.
Close by, there are several water sports companies, beach bars, great restaurants, spas, casinos, gas station, a movie theater with a food court (The Movies IMAX Gloria), a supermarket (Super Food), the hospital, a pharmacy, a golf course.
Palm Beach is approximately a 5-minute bus/car/taxi ride.
Queen Beatrix International Airport is approximately 15 minutes.

Spring break with teens

This condo was perfect for family of 4 with teen boys. Location is great on Eagle beach. The view is amazing. Plenty of restaurant options close by. It was Nice to have a car to get everywhere quick and explore the island. Dominic is a great Host and really makes sure everything goes smoothly.

Fabulous Vacation

This is our 3rd year staying at Levent condos. They are very modern and beautiful, having any amenities a person can ask for. Perfect location across the street from Eagle Beach, and near grocery store and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo was great! The condo had everything we needed for our one week stay. The owner and host were very easy to contact, if we had any questions. Exceptional Property

This property was perfect in every way. This unit was top notch and had the best possible upgrades. The furniture was also high quality. We had the best view of the beach and could watch beautiful sunsets. This unit has anything you could think of that you would need to live in a condo. We did not need to bring a thing. The best part is that it is on the best beach on the island that is 100ft away.

Beautiful condo on Eagle Beach!

Eagle Beach Aruba

The LeVent property was beautiful, well maintained, clean, and a very short walk to Eagle Beach. Our condo was top notch, I love contemporary and this place had all top of the line appliances, every utensil you could possibly think of, spacious, immaculately clean and the view was absolutely gorgeous. The owner and Host were always available to us and shared great options for dining out. We will definitely be returning.

We had a really good time staying at LeVent condo last week! The condo was very nice, clean, well equipped with even you may need and some. The furniture was very comfortable and the condo had a feel of a home and not a rental property. Dominic and Daniela were wonderful and did everything to make sure that we were comfortable. Aruba condo experience

I have visited Aruba a few times with my family including 3 children (all different ages). We have stayed at LeVent twice. Both times were great experiences. This time was a last minute booking. Dominic was able to answer all my questions promptly. He has very helpful with everything and wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The condo itself is great. It is clean and comfortable with tasteful decor. Everything works properly and the view is amazing! The little details are important to me like extra towels and quality sheets. Also, Dominic checked in on me during our stay and recommended restaurants and tours which is quite helpful (especially for those first time visitors.) I would stay here again as I know I would be taken care of! Thank you Dominic and family.

The condo was impeccable, steps from the beach, beautiful view, supplied things like island aloe shampoo conditioner body wash, paper towels etc.. things that other condos don’t supply. The Best VRBO rental!

As soon as we booked our stay I received an email from Dominic with lots of details you need to know to prepare for your stay in Aruba. Dominic also called a few days before to make sure we were prepared and gave us details about the condo. Once we arrived, Daniella met us and showed us around the condo. She was very helpful! Let me tell you, of all the rentals I have stayed at this one by far was the very best! Not one complaint. Bed was comfortable, couch was comfortable, they had EVERYTHING a traveler would need. AND the view was AMAZING!

This condo is amazing!

Our family of four, two daughters aged 18 and 21 and my husband and I had an exceptional time in Aruba, mostly because our stay in Dominic’s condominium was perfect. The views out the windows and from the deck are spectacular. The condo was spotless and had everything you could possibly need from coolers to beach chairs, beach towels, washer and dryer and on and on. Dominic left us mimosa ingredients in the refrigerator and a huge basket of fruit that we happily enjoyed all week. The beach is just out of the complex straight and truly the best beach we’ve been to. The water is bright blue and the sand super fine and white. The pool is relaxing with lounging chairs in the sun or shaded. It was never crowded. You can walk to the grocery store and take a quick taxi back if you don’t have a rental car. There are restaurants in walking distance. Our host was always reachable and gave us great recommendations. We highly recommend this place and would love to return. We also easily took the bus to Arashi beach for snorkeling and the bus to the capital. Thank you Dominic!!

As a first time visitor, this property was fantastic. Dominic, property owner, took time to explain everything prior to our arrival. He also connected us to Daniela so that we would have a local contact when we arrived. The only thing I would add is that the condo is immaculate and the kitchen has a toaster, blender, and coffee machine. It literally felt like home base. A much better option than a hotel with a party of 5.

This was the most beautiful condo we’ve ever stayed in, and 5 stars is not high enough rating. It is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, it has breathtaking views of Eagle Beach (which is only a couple of minutes across the street), and it has everything you need. The beds are super comfortable, all the rooms are specious, the balcony is large, and there are plenty of towels, plus Aruba Aloe soaps/ shampoo in all bathrooms. 4 beach chairs and 4 beach towels are also provided; the chairs are kept in the storage room which is great for also storing you luggage. The location is great as well - right in n Eagle Beach, close to the supermarket and nice restaurants. The building is well maintained and clean with a beautiful, large pool. I would definitely stay there again.

Exceeded all expectations!

Let me start by saying look no further and book this now! This property is truly special. The views of the ocean are incredible. We began every morning with coffee on the balcony and ended each day with gorgeous sunsets. You are just across the street from beautiful Eagle beach. It is immaculate and by far the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The two king beds and pillows are SO comfortable. We slept so sound! Dominic, our host and the property manager, Daniela have thought of everything you need. They even supply shampoo, conditioner and shower gel from the aloe store. You are provided with all soaps, paper products and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including several options for coffee. There are beach towels, beach chairs and a rolling cooler. The condo is beautifully decorated and has remote control blinds and the coolest lighting. Dominic is a wonderful host. He called and spoke with us before we left on our vacation and was so helpful with advice. He checked in with us during our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. Daniela is there for you for anything you need and she is so sweet. The pool is beautiful.

Sunset Paradise

My daughter and I loved our stay at Le Vent. The communication from Dominic and Daniela was top notch before our arrival, then a personalized tour upon arrival and throughout our stay. The ocean sunset views were breathtaking every night from our balcony. The accommodations were really nice with comfortable beds as well as patio couch and table. There was no skimping on quality. It was great eating breakfast on the patio taking in the views each morning. The amenities were top notch including the fruit basket, water bottles, and mimosa ingredients. It was great having beach towels and chairs. Dominic even allowed a late checkout to accommodate an afternoon flight. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

THE Best Place to Stay in Aruba

I cannot say enough positives about the cleanliness, and high quality of everything in this home. This is the 10th place we’ve stayed in Aruba and it will be our last because it is the best including all amenities. There are 3 different coffee makers drip, pods, and Nespresso. Everything from the super comfortable bed to superior lighting to lots of hooks for your swim suits, to plastic plates and cups for the kiddos, it is immaculately clean and feels brand new. No two units are the same. This unit is very special. Plus, the view and pool are outstanding. Woke up with joy in our hearts every day. You will too if you stay here!
