Fully-Equipped Villa Next to Disney!

Located just 2 miles from Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and minutes to numerous restaurants and outlet malls. This well-equipped villa will surely make your visit to Florida comfortable and very memorable.

For people not familiar with the area, Kissimmee is part of the Orlando metropolitan area. For the exact location of the villa and proximity to the parks, zoom out slightly on the map below.

The villa has a very comfortable king bed, it is fully equipped with everything you need from towels, sheets, bathroom essentials, iron, silverware, cookware, coffee maker, and blender.

We want you to know that we are doing our part to help our guests to stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting touches surfaces ( lights, switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc ) before your check-in.

Although we are making these efforts to clean and disinfect, please take your own precautions.

Parking is a few steps away from the unit for convenience. At the clubhouse, also a few steps away, there are computers and printers for guests to use, gym, laundry room, heated pool, kids pool, hot tub, a BBQ area and basketball court.

Our goal is to make our guests as comfortable as possible. Easy access to the villa with self check-in and keyless entry door lock and free parking. We provide an initial supply of bathroom essentials such as soap, shampoo+conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels.

We can arrange a pack n play for an additional fee of $45 for an entire stay.

Very convenient to all of the Disney properties and was a perfect space for a couple. Small kitchen allows you to cook in if you desire. Great communication with the property manager. Would recommend!

Enjoyable Stay

From start to finish everything went smoothly with setting up our place to stay while visiting Orlando. The daily rate was really reasonable. We were able to get the dates we wanted. The host made sure the place was clean, we had everything we needed and kept in contact with us. There are many food and shopping places nearby. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a wonderful experience! Place was very clean, with good amenities. The dish washer did not work. Don't plan to bake; there's no oven. Pool and hot tubs enjoyed. Nice and quiet. When we were there the weren't any obnoxious people or loud music. Thank God. We spent the trip traveling and enjoying the Disney parks. It was conveniently located less than 15 minutes from Disney World/ Orlando/ Disney Springs areas. Overall, a wonderful time! Will consider coming again! Thanks!

Convenient for Work Conference

Overall really great stay. It was a perfect spot to have a home base for a conference down the road. One very minor issue is that WiFi was very slow, but I didn’t use it much as I was largely at the conference while staying here. As long as I don’t need to do work online, I’d happily stay here again, whether it’s for a conference or for going to Disney World.

Great place, close to everything.

Was a great stay, pool was wonderful, property was quiet and comfortable. Condo was nicely equipped. Only recommendation would be to replace the bed, it is very hard, squeaky and quite uncomfortable.

Great Location and Great Host

This villa is close to Disneyworld as well as local amenities. Our host checked in on our stay and was very kind and responsive. The villa is worth the price. The downsides were that the bed was very firm and we dealt with a few bugs. And each towel had a hair on it.

Perfect weekend

The property was perfect for a short weekend at Disney. We were able to do the parks at our leisure and still have time to drive back in the afternoon make lunch and take a nap and still go back to the park when it wasn't 9,000° at night. We did not get a chance to utalize the pool but my husband did use the jacuzzi and the pool area was well kept and clean.

Our HONEST review

The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. The only safety concern was the shower/bath. The bathtub was very......EXTREMELY slippery. There is a grab bar but its provide enough stability. The dial to control water temp in the shower is difficult to adjust and the water temperature fluctuates quickly and to extreme temperatures. Please use caution. There also were no lights in outside corridor. I mentioned this to the owner. She quickly responded to me to in regards to rectifying the issue. Other than that everything was good. Location was close to parks, restaurants, and shopping.

A Gem

This property was even better than advertised. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location for us was perfect. The owner, Tatiana, made check-in very easy. She communicated with us to ensure our check in went well and that we had everything. We encountered no issues or problems with the unit. There were two towel made ducks on the bed when we arrived. It reminded us of our cruise ship sailings. Tatiana's unit was definitely one of the best if not the best of properties we've stayed. We'll positively stay at this location the next time we visit the area.

As Expected.

Perfectly what I expected for the price. Location was pretty great though! Everything was pretty dated, but it was definitely clean. Just some staining in the bathtub and scratches on the table/stovetop. The lack of an oven was very strange. There was no frying pan, so we had to bring our own which was kinda annoying. It's VERY small so 4 people would definitely be a stretch. Me and my SO were fine by ourselves though. The wiring was a little funky- the lamp on one of the bedsides would flicker and turn off randomly. The plug by the couch only worked with 2 of the outlets- the others seemed dead. Worth the price for the location though.

Amazing

It was a very clean and quiet stay! It was like home away from home. Pool was awesome, they have a kiddie pool area that was great for my son to play in. Overall really impressed! My family and I had a great time!

Good place!

The host was very responsive before the stay, and gave us all the information we needed! The only thing that lost a star was that the televisions were outdated, and the one in the bedroom did not work. This was not a problem for us because when we were there, we only slept, but when I let the host know, they did not respond. Overall, this was the perfect place to stay when going to Disney! We also got to use the pool, which was great!

Very nice place that is within driving distance of all the theme parks and food establishments. Area is safe and not a lot of noise.

Nice stay

Nice little condo. Convenient to Disney and close to restaurants and grocery store. It looks like it’s recently been updated but still outdated in some areas (bathroom). The mattress was very hard and we were super bummed to go down to the hot tub and it didn’t work. Overall, enjoyed our stay though.
