The single kitchen is equipped with 2 electric hobs and a small fridge with freezer compartment. A queen-size bed (150 cm) promises restful nights, while the sofa, dining table with 3 chairs and two armchairs invite you to relax. Convertible windows facing the inner courtyard provide light-flooded rooms.
The flat is located on the 5th floor of a well-kept building with a lift. The quiet and sunny outdoor area, which you can see through the convertible windows, invites you to linger. Although you are right in the city centre, the loft's location allows you a pleasant distance from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The loft's surroundings offer everything you need for a successful stay: A lake is just 200 metres away and invites you to take relaxing walks. For your daily shopping, you will find grocery shops just 20 metres from your front door. Thanks to the proximity to the underground and bus stations, you are also well connected and can easily explore Berlin in all its facets.
