Tour the neighborhood vineyards, enjoy a meal on the large dining spaces indoors and out. Finish the day with a soak in the spa while admiring the lake. Well trained dogs are allowed with a maximum of 2 dogs and $120 pet fee. Relax an unwind in this quiet and private neighborhood right on the lake. You are 10 minutes from the nearest restaurants, shopping and many other amenities, but secluded enough from the tourist traffic. Enjoy the up-close lake and mountain views where locals fish, paddleboard, canoe and occasionally land their seaplanes. Casa Norman's dock location gives you access to one of the most popular Bass fishing locations in California.

Comfortable & Peaceful with a Beautiful Lake View

We rented the top portion of the house - it was an absolutely perfect space for 2 adults, 1 tween, and our dog. The house is very comfortable and has everything you’d need. It’s a peaceful, quiet location and the view from the deck is gorgeous!! Fishing, paddle boarding, going in the hot tub…we had a great family getaway here and plan to return to Casa Norman.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love the great outdoors and we were married in Bass Lake, Yosemite. Ever since then, it ash been our dream to own a house by the lake.
We finally found a beautiful lake house who we named after our grandpa, Norman. He built 3 houses in Clearlake back in the 60s.
We are so excited to share this lakeside experience with you and we hope you enjoy every minute of your time here, like we do. Go on, be a lakeaholic!

It has been a wild ride for us renovating this lake house to make it a place that would comfortably house a family or a group of friends. We understand that pets are family members and that it is important to have them by your side when you are on vacation. That is why we made this a multiple dog friendly place for a small fee. We ask that you pick up after your pet, be respectful to our neighbors.
You get to see wildlife on the lake as well as the resident deer, turkey and sometimes even bears on the hills. Please practice common sense and safety when interacting with them.
