Spacious, historically furnished holiday flat of 112 square metres in an incomparable location and with breathtaking views.
The flat is located in the baroque manor house between the castle tower, chapel and vineyard in the heart of the castle park. The view through the windows sweeps over the famous castle garden with its rare roses and perennials, the Heidegg vineyard, Lake Baldegg and the Alps.
The family of the Lehensmann von Heidegg lived here in the 18th century, followed by the large farmer Josef Heggli in the 19th century and then the noble Lucerne-American family Pfyffer von Heidegg-Slidell until 1950.

The spacious flat consists of two bedrooms, living room, living corridor, kitchen and two bathrooms. The well-equipped kitchen is a cosy place to cook and eat. The centrepiece of the flat is the living room with panelling and furniture from the castle's collection.

Heidegg Castle is located in the Seetal valley between Lucerne and Lenzburg and is easily accessible by the Seetal railway (S9). A car park is available for cars and is included in the rental price.
Heidegg is a walking paradise. Here you will discover surprising views of the castle and valley as well as cosy places to linger: the 200-metre-long chestnut avenue, a large outdoor playground, two rest areas with fireplaces, footpaths around the vineyard and through the romantic Burgtobel ravine. From Heidegg, you can also explore the Seetal and the surrounding area with fascinating hikes and bike tours (Herzschlaufe Seetal, Schlössertour, E-Bike-FoodTrail), be it towards Lake Hallwil and Lenzburg, to the Schongiland leisure park, on the Lindenberg towards Lucerne or Muri or further west towards Beromünster.

During opening hours (April to October), you can visit the exciting, varied museum in the castle tower free of charge, with its tower cellar stories, the new Heidegg Home Story in the living rooms or the children's floor with the legendary marble run. Special exhibitions, a rich programme of events, a shop, café and, when the weather is fine on Sundays and public holidays, the outdoor Buvette will enrich your stay at the castle. You can also simply enjoy the tranquillity and idyll of the castle flat and the park before returning to your everyday life. On a few evenings a year, the festive atmosphere in the vaulted cellar can also be heard in the flat. From mid-July to mid-August, the open-air cinema at the foot of the vineyard can also be heard at times.
Towelling towels can be rented separately (set with flannel, towel and bath towel, payable on arrival)
