We absolutely loved this property. It is comfortable and just what we needed. The location is fantastic! Bikes available, the credit to rent chairs was awesome, and the beach was literally steps away. We will definitely rent 6 Lark again!

Lovely home, well maintained, INCREDIBLE location just steps away from the beach, in a very quiet, safe, and convienent neighborhood. The shops and restaurants at Coligny are very close by bike. We loved the screened porch and shady backyard. New refrigerator is very nice.We paid the extra fee for the pool heat (late September stay) and the pool was not as warm as expected, but still pleasant.Master king bedroom and queen bedroom have windows on the side of the house, and there is a bright outdoor light on that side. The shades didn't completely block the light. Something to consider if you are sensitive to light at night.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so happy you enjoyed the home, its fantastic location near the beach, and the screened porch. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the pool temperature and the outdoor lighting in the bedrooms. The electric heat pump does have limitations, which is listed in the details of this property. We will consider changing to heavier curtains for those bedrooms. We understand how important these details are to a comfortable stay and will certainly keep them in mind. Thank you for choosing our home, and we hope to welcome you back for another relaxing beach getaway! ~The Vacation Company

Great trip, always an excellent experience in Hilton Head. Home is very clean and comfortable and nice amenities inside. Holly and her team were excellent with communication before and during the stay, especially when the water had been turned off. Only problem we had was with larger animals our golden retrievers there is very little grass and its very sandy, and we had to constantly skim pool daily because of all the debris in pool. Landscaping could be reworked to accommodate better but overall, a great trip.

Excellent Stay in Hilton Head

The property and location were both perfect. The property bathrooms could use a little updating, but overall the property was very clean and easy to access and a prime location to and from the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach vacation with our dogs

The property is ideally located and was perfect for our small family and our two dogs. Just steps from the beach and with a lovely heated pool, we never lacked for a place to swim. The fully fenced yard was the perfect playground for the dogs.

Perfect Place

We loved the property, its layout and how close it is to the beach. The house is perfect for a family of 4 and we were happy to know that they welcome pets. We enjoyed the backyard, the pool and of course the beach. We loved it so much that we have already rented it again for 2025!

Perfect location

We have stayed in many properties on HHI and we really like the location of the house to Coligny and the beach. Loved the screened-in porch to relax in the evening I don't think our family could say enough about how confortable the beds were. The guest batheoom needs a bit of updating but everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!!

Great cozy cottage a stone’s throw from the beach! Clean, well-decorated, had everything we needed! We already booked for the same week next year to celebrate our anniversary again. They even left a box of Milk Bones and a little packet for our doggos! Great stay!

Second time stay - Wonderful property close to the beach

This is the second time that we booked this property. It is perfect for us (3 adults and an 8 year-old child). We love that it is really close to the beach so it doesn't take long to get there. The house is great, nice layout, very comfortable, well kept, clean. Nice backyard with a pool for relaxing and enjoy and a great screened porch that allowed us to work a few hours from there while our daughter was having fun at the pool.
