Detta hem ligger på en avskild cul-de-sac bara 3 minuters promenad till stranden. Den har tre nivåer med stor sovrumsseparation.

Den första Master Suite har ett sittfönster där du kan koppla av efter en lång dag på stranden, plus ett privat badrum med dusch.

Den andra Master Suite har ett stort badrum med trädgårdsbadkar och separat dusch. I sovrummet finns en separat sittgrupp med vackert klädda stolar och bord för läsning.

Perfect Family Gathering Spot

Hilton Head is at the very least, an annual trip for our family. We got onto this property a couple of years ago and it works great for our growing family. Plenty of space, an easy walk to the beach and the onsite pool is ideal for the kids. The house is clean/well stocked and Toba is excellent to work with on issues and/or questions. We're already talking about our return trip for next year. Would highly recommend!

Family Getaway 2024

Property was close to the beach, a plus for the beach walkers. We loved the privacy of the pool which we enjoyed everyday! Bikes were a big hit with the whole family. One of our most relaxing stays ever! Truly felt at home.

Outstanding HHI Home!

Our family gathered for our 28th year on HHI at this lovely home away from home. It is so well appointed with beach and pool equipment/toys, home equipment for our grandchild, pet accommodations, and so many other wonderful amenities. The owners are exceptional to work with and go out of their way to be sure you have the best experience in their home. We highly recommend 10 Canvasback by Toba and Andy!

Top Notch Host

We had a wonderful week staying at Toba and Andy's home. The communication with Toba is second to none. We've stayed in VRBO homes for decades. The house was perfect/well equipped for our family of 3 couples and 3 young grandchildren. The walk to the beach is a breeze. Anything you need, Toba does her best to accommodate. 5 stars!!!!!!

Wonderful home

We had a fabulous stay at this home. Toba is a great communicator. Easy walk to the beach! We loved the screened in porch. Beds were all comfortable. Bikes were very fun to have! Close to grocery, restaurants and all we needed. We will hopefully be back again!

Family New Year's Beach Trip

We've vacationed at HHI for many years now. This was our first time staying in Sea Pines. We thoroughly enjoyed it! The location was quiet, steps away from the beach, and an easy bike ride/drive to restaurants and shopping. The house had everything we needed - room for 3 generations of family members, plus our two dogs. Toba was very responsive and helpful during our stay. I highly recommend it!

Great family house

This house was great for everyone from the five month old to the grandparents. There was a crib, pack and play, high chair and infant tub:). The kitchen was gated for our dog while we were on the beach. The pool was a big plus for all of us. Nice separation of floors and a large living area with a big sectional sofa. We all enjoyed playing board games at night. Walk to the beach using a nice path. Overall great place in Sea Pines-our favorite!

Great Home and Location

The location is perfect! Just inside Sea Pine and super easy to get anywhere. The house is very clean and spacious. Loved having the private pool. Just a short walk to the beach. Toba was EXTREMELY helpful beginning with the booking process and continued throughout the entire stay. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Week

We have been to Hilton Head 13 times. This is by far the nicest place we've stayed. Perfect for a group of adults, as all bedrooms can be set up as twin beds or kings. Just perfect.

Great location near the beach

The house is comfortable (big sectional couch for evening lounging, lovely screened porch, terrific layout), well-equipped, and in a great location near the beach and the Ocean Gate at Sea Pines. A huge bonus -- it's pet-friendly, and the owners have the kitchen gated off which worked perfectly for us.

Perfect Family Get Together

The property was beautifully sited on a quiet cul-de-sac in Sea Pines, conveniently located near The Beach Club, biking trails and great restaurants. Our Hosts, Toba & Andy were very communicative and easy to reach. They were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with…the home was beautiful, and a perfect backdrop to a Family Get Together. Everyone said that they would love to return back there! Kudos to our Hosts!

2022 Thanksgiving

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Everything was as promised. The home is extremely well equipped with everything we needed for our thanksgiving celebration and fun week. Fall getaway

The owners were great to work with. The house was just as described. We loved using the bikes and the quick walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and organized with cookware and dishes. The king beds were very comfortable.

Happy everyone was able to get together!

Houses in this area have to be reserved 11 months in advance. As our family has grown and spread across the country, we were doubtful that all 10 of us would be able to make it and didn’t want to rent more than we needed to. With a couple of the young children sleeping on inflatable beds we were able to sleep everyone comfortably and the house had plenty of room for the group. The availability of beach chairs etc. and bicycles was a real plus as we have brought them with us in the past. Also, having large beach towels we could use saved some packing space. We did not have to contact the owner often but when we did she was eager to help us out and get things done.

This was a wonderful trip. The home and owners were fabulous. The home is well stocked and beautiful. The location was wonderful and great walking distance to the beach. The kids loved the pool. Great place and we will be back.

We first came to Hilton Head when our older daughter was 3 months old - 46 years ago. She and her sister learned to crawl, then walk and swim in the gentle surf and warm water that make this spectacular shoreline so welcoming year after year. (We have just had the pleasure of watching our first granddaughter and 3 grandsons do the same!)
Our dogs Spot and Shadow, and Lefty, have loved playing on the beach.
Now we enjoy coffee on the beach in the morning, and sunset by the ocean each evening with our children and grandchildren and our dog, Lexi - a terrific rescued tripod

Hilton Head has the best beach in the United States. Sea Pines is the best of Hilton Head, with fabulous biking on the beach (yes, you can ride on the beach!) and paved paths, tennis opportunities, golf and great dining. Just as important, there are great supermarkets and family businesses. Easy to eat in, eat out.

We love the four minute walk to an uncrowded beach and the leisurely stroll to the beach club with our dog for the morning paper and coffee.
Our beach is accessible only to the people who live on our beachwalk.
Newly remodeled Beach Club
It is a comfortable distance ( 9 beach markers) - an easy walk or bike ride to/from the restaurant and shop at the Beach Club- the only full service beach club on the island. Even in the busiest seasons, our end of the beach is peaceful and delightful.
Huge Bonus!!! Canvasback is the first street in from the Sea Pines Ocean Gate, easy access to the rest of island for shopping, touring, etc. Even in the summer, we are in and out of Sea Pines in no time.
