10 Canvasback är ett 4 sovrum / 3. 5 bad hav hem som nyligen har uppdaterats i hela. Det spektakulära utrustade köket erbjuder en ö med plats för 6 vid slaktbänken för avslappnade måltider och apparater i rostfritt stål.

Detta hem ligger på en avskild cul-de-sac bara 3 minuters promenad till stranden. Den har tre nivåer med stor sovrumsseparation.

Den första Master Suite har ett sittfönster där du kan koppla av efter en lång dag på stranden, plus ett privat badrum med dusch.

Den andra Master Suite har ett stort badrum med trädgårdsbadkar och separat dusch. I sovrummet finns en separat sittgrupp med vackert klädda stolar och bord för läsning.

Tvåbäddsrum delar badkar. En är direkt bifogad.

Perfection location in Sea Pines

The ideal location in Sea Pines for a family wanting a short walk to the beach, easy access in and out of Sea Pines, Bikes a private pool etc. Slept 9 comfortably. We loved using the bikes and all the beach items included. Wonderful trip and stay!

Convenient and lovely home!

Toba and Andy are fantastic hosts, the house is beautiful and very convenient to the beach as well as other activities in the area. We had several small kids and dogs and the set-up worked well for all involved. The screened in porch was a perfect place to spend the evening mosquito-free!

Family Trip To Hilton Head

We had a great time on our vacation with our family and this home was perfect for our stay! The Barth's are great hosts and quick to respond to your questions or needs. The house was well equipped and very clean when we arrived. It's in a nice location close to just about everything. It's an easy walk to the beach which was great for us having a young grandchild to take. The pool was nice a relaxing with some shade especially for one of the days where it was extremely hot at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and our first time trip to Hilton Head and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Toba and Andy for the memorable vacation for our family!

Family Getaway 2024

Property was close to the beach, a plus for the beach walkers. We loved the privacy of the pool which we enjoyed everyday! Bikes were a big hit with the whole family. One of our most relaxing stays ever! Truly felt at home.

Perfect Family Gathering Spot

Hilton Head is at the very least, an annual trip for our family. We got onto this property a couple of years ago and it works great for our growing family. Plenty of space, an easy walk to the beach and the onsite pool is ideal for the kids. The house is clean/well stocked and Toba is excellent to work with on issues and/or questions. We're already talking about our return trip for next year. Would highly recommend!

Outstanding HHI Home!

Our family gathered for our 28th year on HHI at this lovely home away from home. It is so well appointed with beach and pool equipment/toys, home equipment for our grandchild, pet accommodations, and so many other wonderful amenities. The owners are exceptional to work with and go out of their way to be sure you have the best experience in their home. We highly recommend 10 Canvasback by Toba and Andy!

Wonderful home

We had a fabulous stay at this home. Toba is a great communicator. Easy walk to the beach! We loved the screened in porch. Beds were all comfortable. Bikes were very fun to have! Close to grocery, restaurants and all we needed. We will hopefully be back again!

Great location near the beach

The house is comfortable (big sectional couch for evening lounging, lovely screened porch, terrific layout), well-equipped, and in a great location near the beach and the Ocean Gate at Sea Pines. A huge bonus -- it's pet-friendly, and the owners have the kitchen gated off which worked perfectly for us.

Top Notch Host

We had a wonderful week staying at Toba and Andy's home. The communication with Toba is second to none. We've stayed in VRBO homes for decades. The house was perfect/well equipped for our family of 3 couples and 3 young grandchildren. The walk to the beach is a breeze. Anything you need, Toba does her best to accommodate. 5 stars!!!!!!

Fantastic Week

Great location!

We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Perfect for early am walks with the pup and evening sunset walks. Short bike ride to sea pines beach club. We loved our week here in sea pines. The owners are very helpful and kind. Just a great home away from home.

Great Home and Location

The location is perfect! Just inside Sea Pine and super easy to get anywhere. The house is very clean and spacious. Loved having the private pool. Just a short walk to the beach. Toba was EXTREMELY helpful beginning with the booking process and continued throughout the entire stay. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Family New Year's Beach Trip

We've vacationed at HHI for many years now. This was our first time staying in Sea Pines. We thoroughly enjoyed it! The location was quiet, steps away from the beach, and an easy bike ride/drive to restaurants and shopping. The house had everything we needed - room for 3 generations of family members, plus our two dogs. Toba was very responsive and helpful during our stay. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful Home

The home was clean and set back in the trees, beautiful location. It was a short walk, on a very nice path to the beach. The extra supplies we had access to were wonderful; beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart etc... Toba was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend thia home.

Perfect Family Get Together

The property was beautifully sited on a quiet cul-de-sac in Sea Pines, conveniently located near The Beach Club, biking trails and great restaurants. Our Hosts, Toba & Andy were very communicative and easy to reach. They were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with…the home was beautiful, and a perfect backdrop to a Family Get Together. Everyone said that they would love to return back there! Kudos to our Hosts!

We first came to Hilton Head when our older daughter was 3 months old - 46 years ago. She and her sister learned to crawl, then walk and swim in the gentle surf and warm water that make this spectacular shoreline so welcoming year after year. (We have just had the pleasure of watching our first granddaughter and 3 grandsons do the same!)
Our dogs Spot and Shadow, and Lefty, have loved playing on the beach.
Now we enjoy coffee on the beach in the morning, and sunset by the ocean each evening with our children and grandchildren and our dog, Lexi - a terrific rescued tripod

Hilton Head has the best beach in the United States. Sea Pines is the best of Hilton Head, with fabulous biking on the beach (yes, you can ride on the beach!) and paved paths, tennis opportunities, golf and great dining. Just as important, there are great supermarkets and family businesses. Easy to eat in, eat out.

We love the four minute walk to an uncrowded beach and the leisurely stroll to the beach club with our dog for the morning paper and coffee.
Our beach is accessible only to the people who live on our beachwalk.
Newly remodeled Beach Club
It is a comfortable distance ( 9 beach markers) - an easy walk or bike ride to/from the restaurant and shop at the Beach Club- the only full service beach club on the island. Even in the busiest seasons, our end of the beach is peaceful and delightful.
Huge Bonus!!! Canvasback is the first street in from the Sea Pines Ocean Gate, easy access to the rest of island for shopping, touring, etc. Even in the summer, we are in and out of Sea Pines in no time.
