Lake House

Bay Haven is a spacious house and perfect for families and large gatherings. It sits on the corner of Wickham and Second Street in Sodus Point.The house is a short walk to the beach and lake. Local restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee shops are also a short walk from the house. We have a 2 car garage with beach chairs, wagons, and coolers for you to use. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The kitchen is fully stocked with every amenity required to cook delicious meals. We have a basketball hoop, cornhole, and washers. We also offer beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas. The property has a natural gas 6 burner grill available for use as well, plus a refrigerator in the garage to store the additional food and beverages. The property is situated in such a way that you get to enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets you will ever see in your life. We welcome you to come and enjoy our home. We also have a small arcade for the kids to play video games.

Great house in a great location! Loved that everything was walkable. Matt was very responsive and helpful and there were tons of great amenities/toys/beach supplies for families! We will be back!

Perfect location and amenities. Clean, well maintained with plenty of places to hangout indoors or outside. Everything you need for the beach is there (towels, beach chairs and umbrellas). It really is a beautiful home and very tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful week with our kids and grandbabies.

AMAZING STAY!

I cannot recommend this house enough! The location is perfect, the hosts are delightful and the house is stocked with everything you could ever need for a perfect lake vacation. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Fantastic House and Host

This home is perfect for families and guests of all ages. The location is absolutely perfect and the garage is stocked with all the beach supplies you need for a fantastic time. Matt ensures the check in process is seamless and is available for any questions of concerns. He also does a great job of suggesting fun local activities and spots to visit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This is our second year and we will keep coming back.

Family Fun

The host Matthew and his home exceeded expectations. Matthew was accommodating, generous and a text away. His very comfortable home accommodated 9 adults and 5 children under the age of 5 so well, no one wanted to leave. The house was fully stocked with everything including Children’s toys. I highly recommend Matthew’s Lake House

Great Spot

Big House with all the amenities and necessities that you would / might need. My sister's and my family comprising 10 adults (over 25 years old) and 3 little ones @ 5, 3 and 1 years old. Plenty of room / very clean - great spot between Bay and Lake - easy walk into the small town. Matt (Owner) is incredibly responsive and accommodating. The very few issues we had - Matt was on top of them. Can't say enough good things - we had a great week - either on the lake or boating on the bay (rented a pontoon boat for a day) when the weather was nice and made a short trip to a winery on our rainy day. Great Vacation

This house was amazing. I’m a clean freak I start cleaning the second I walk into a rental, first time ever that I didn’t. It was absolutely spotless. The owner didn’t miss a beat in this home tastefully decorated. Every bed was comfortable not one person complained. Location was perfect walking distance to town. The front patio was our favorite spot you could see all the action. It was the perfect place to kick off the summer. Already booked for next year. The owner Matt was extremely fast to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this home.

Super Super Sodus Point Stay

Super house, plenty of room for everyone. Great communications. House well supplied -has everything you could possibly need. Squeaky clean! Walking distance to restaurants. Bay on one side /beach on other!! Super stay in every way! Hope to be back soon !

Wonderful Week!

We greatly appreciate this Sodus Bay castle with as much space & bed accommodations. The kitchen is well-supplied with tableware & cookware. It was great to have a table with places for 12! Bedrooms are of nice size with good bedding. Nice to have as many full bath options. There are toys,books,& games for children. The sunporch & large windows provide views of the bay. We made use of the new large grill & beach equipment from the garage, where we were glad to have a 2nd frig. There was good driveway & nearby parking space. Matt was available & helpful in all communication.

Nicest Home in the area

We had a long family weekend in Sodus Point area. 16 of us total. House was perfect. Lots of sleeping area and common hanginf out area. Great location. This wqs winter.. a summer stay would be epic!! Highly recommend.
