Great location

This property sits right on Lake Erie. Great location for wineries or state park or the Ashtabula Harbor. It is exactly like the pictures and nice and clean. Thanks for a perfect stay!

Quick getaway to enjoy the season

This was a spur of the moment road trip to enjoy what fall in Ohio has to offer. This property was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy water views, spectacular fall colors, and the warmth and smells of a outdoor fire.

Jef made us very welcomed. The cottage is beautiful inside and out. The perfect size and the views you can see outside the patio doors are amazing as well. The bedrooms are very comfortable and cozy. Jed was an amazing host from start to finish.

Perfect Stay

We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer! The cottage was very comfortable and clean. The community deck and view of the lake was amazing! Having a campfire and listening to the waves of the lake made for a wonderful evening!! We will be back to stay longer!!

Short Family Get Away

Place was perfect for our short family get away. Area is peaceful and quiet. Close to all beaches and the strip. View of lake behind cottage is fantastic. Host was helpful when needed. Would book again for sure.

Excellent Experience

This is by far the absolute BEST experience I have had renting a house. The Host, Jeff was wonderful and answered my questions quickly. The Welcome we got when entering the cottage was a very pleasant surprise with a Personalized Welcome Board and a chocolate bar. No one has ever done that, so very nice touch. I am a DIVA when I travel and let me tell you, this place checked all the boxes. I would definitely rent this awesome place again! Thank you for such a wonderful stay and a clean and welcoming environment. A+++++++

Great cottage with lake view!

This is a great cottage with a view of Lake Erie. We enjoyed having meals on the patio picnic table and viewing the boats on the lake, it was so relaxing! The cottage was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Jeff is a very accommodating and responsive host. We enjoyed arriving after a long drive and seeing the welcome messages and snacks. Highly recommend!

Comfy Cottage!

After an exhausting day of travel and a bad VRBO the night before, this cottage was a God send. Thank you for having good mattresses, super clean sheets, and fresh white towels. It's these basics of comfort that say the most for a great stay! Thank you.

Girls Get-a-way

We went for a nice relaxing, fun girls weekend and this place was perfect! It was clean, the decor is gorgeous and the host, Jeff was very accommodating and responds right away! It was stocked with everything you would need. I felt like I was home. Perfect location, very quiet with beautiful scenery and only 10 minutes from the strip! Will be booking this place again, just loved it!!!
