I had the opportunity to stay at 2 different cottages from Linny. They were both nicely decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. It is on the quiet end of the strip which was nice and we could still walk everywhere. I would definitely stay there again.

Super clean and cute! Bedding was so soft, smelled good, and the cottage was so inviting! Great location and porch to sit out on! We had ourselves so much fun. It was a group of 4 girls and this has been an annual trip for almost a decade:) Highly recommend and would book again!

Property was very clean. Location was close and easily walkable to the Strip however we did not hear any noise from bars/ crowds. Plenty of off street parking. Area felt safe and well lit. We did not need to reach out to host as check-in went smoothly and we did not need anything during our stay.

Linny, was absolutely amazing! She was working at the cottage next to door and made it appoint to come over and say hi. She was very helpful, and gave us restaurant recommendations.The cottage was clean and adorable.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into the décor and overall presentation—it felt welcoming, comfortable, and stylish throughout.One of the best features was the location. It was close enough to the strip that we could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet still enjoy a quiet and relaxing atmosphere when we returned.Everything was in great condition, and we experienced absolutely no issues during our stay. Communication was smooth, check-in was easy, and the property had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-appointed place to stay.

This is the perfect place for a Lake Erie trip! The house was gorgeous and everything was just perfect! You could tell our host thought of everything to make our visit special. Property was immaculately clean, comfortable and decorated so beautifully. Linny, the owner is wonderful and treated us like family! Outside deck was very cute and comfortable and even had a tv. House is close to restaurants and shops and the beach. Can’t say enough great things about this place! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Hello, I’m Linny. I originally come from a small town in Pennsylvania, where I spent 30 years managing a lumber production facility. I didn’t travel much outside my hometown until I met my husband in 2013. He took me on a date to Geneva-on-the-Lake, and I immediately fell in love with this charming summer resort town and its friendly residents and business owners. I could see my future here.

It may sound odd, but I had never seen Lake Erie before, and I was completely mesmerized by this vast, beautiful body of water. I longed for us to own a small cottage for weekend getaways with our family. One summer, we spent hours walking through the neighborhood, and by the end of the summer in 2014, we found a cottage, made contact, and bought it the following week.

The cottage needed a lot of work, but we were up for the challenge. We spent countless hours remodeling it until it was beautiful. So many wonderful memories were created there, and seeing the happiness in the people visiting the area made me want to host others as well. We began buying small, neglected cottages, fixing them up, and now we own seven.

I love the process of remodeling each one, imagining how I want them to look and adding homey touches for our guests' comfort. I enjoy meeting the guests who choose to connect with us, but I also respect their privacy. I honestly couldn’t imagine not doing this; it feels like it was meant to be. With my early retirement in 2024, we were able to move here full-time, allowing me to focus on this work, and I love it just as much today as when we first stablished in 2022.
