The beautifully kept and private backyard is a tropical paradise with a variety of citrus and palm trees, large hedges for privacy, and a landscape of native plants bringing in many types of birds that sing throughout the day. It has a practice putting green with a putter and golf balls for guest use, a direct line gas BBQ and prep area, and a propane fire pit to enjoy the gorgeous views any time of day. Guests will enjoy watching the sun rise and set over the mountains from the beautifully landscaped backyard, while practicing on the putting green, or while taking a dip in the beautiful pool or spa. The saltwater pool and spa are serviced twice weekly and are sparkling clean. There are chaise lounges, umbrellas, and a table with chairs for plenty of seating.

The large, open kitchen features granite countertops and includes cookware, microwave, 5-burner stove, oven, fridge with water/ice maker, a Keurig coffee maker that can brew single-serve pods as well as full pots, a wet bar area, and dishwasher. Includes plates, utensils, and glasses for more than ten people. There is also a blender, food processor, and everything a fully stocked kitchen should have. Dining table with six chairs, plus additional game room table for four, and island bar stools in an open floor plan. A separate laundry room with a washer and dryer includes access to the garage and side patio area.

Main bedroom has a TV with Roku, a king size bed and a private entrance to the backyard pool, spa, and patio. The Main bedroom also includes a private bathroom with shower and double vanity sink. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, TV with Roku, and private entry to the front patio/courtyard area. Bedroom #3 features a queen bed. Bathroom #2 has a shower and tub combo and double vanity sink. Living room has a Smart TV with Roku, and gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance in the winter. Roku allows you to access all of your own entertainment accounts, such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.
