Upgraded with amenities that are hard to find on the mountain including: central A/C and heating, entire home automatic generator, Samsung Frame TV, Sonos sound system, Alexa speakers in every room, primary bedroom on first floor, driveway parking for 5 cars, custom motorized blackout shades, lightning-fast internet, 2 private workspaces and plush king beds with brand new Slumber Solutions memory foam mattresses with hotel style Bedsure linens.

Set on a private 9,000 sq. ft. level lot, this new designer home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and comfortably sleeps 8 adults plus 2 little ones with a pack and play and full-sized crib provided. With two driveways, including a half-moon entrance, there’s ample parking for multiple families or groups. Enjoy resort-style privacy while being just minutes from the lake, beach, trails, shops, restaurants, and top Lake Arrowhead attractions.

A historic oak tree graces the property, offering a serene canopy. Nearby trails showcase seasonal colors, while Pumpkins in the Pines and Oktoberfest are just a short drive away!

In the winter, the property becomes a snowy paradise. The level lot with new artificial turf is perfect for safe snow play, and a nearby sledding hill adds to the fun. Snow Valley Mountain Resort, just 30 minutes away, offers charming ski and snowboard adventures.

Guests have full access to the home, property, and all amenities during their stay.

We have an EV-compatible outlet; bring your own charger or use the stations in town!

Our home is steps from Trail #7. Once registered with ALA, guests can walk to this trail (video instructions provided), leading to a sandy local beach perfect for lounging, swimming, and fishing. Trail #7 also connects to all Lake Arrowhead trails.

For summer fun on the water, McKenzie Ski School provides boat charters on Lake Arrowhead, complete with a captain and all the necessary gear. Just 20 minutes away, Lake Gregory is open year-round and offers a variety of rentals. While short-term rental guests are not permitted to operate boats on Lake Arrowhead, Lake Gregory provides plenty of exciting options, including paddle boarding, canoes, pedal boats, rowboats, kayaks, and more!

The Neighborhood:
The Palisades neighborhood is Lake Arrowhead’s hidden gem—charming, well-kept, and easily walkable. It offers a peaceful mountain escape while staying close to all the area’s attractions.

Our home is a 5-minute drive to Lake Arrowhead Village, 7 minutes to Blue Jay Village, under 10 minutes to Santa’s Village, and just a short walk to Jensen’s Grocery and Cedar Glen shops.

*Roads are plowed in winter and ideal for walking year-round.

Getting Around:
Getting around Lake Arrowhead is easiest by car. Most attractions, shops, and dining spots are within a short drive. The roads are well-maintained, and parking is usually available at popular spots like Lake Arrowhead Village and Blue Jay Village. In winter, be sure your vehicle is equipped with snow chains or all-wheel drive, as mountain conditions can change quickly. For those who enjoy walking, the Palisades neighborhood and nearby trails are scenic and pedestrian-friendly.

Other Things to Note:
- Our home is comfortable all four seasons. We have a brand new central A/C and heating system, custom wood burning stove in the living room that can heat the entire house, as well as a whole home automatic generator so the weather never gets in the way of your vacation. These are all rare finds in Arrowhead.

- The bedroom with 2 twin beds and playroom is connected to the 3rd bedroom which has a king bed, lounge area and private workspace.

- Winter Travel: Tire chains and/or 4 wheel drive may be required to drive in the mountains depending on weather and road conditions. We strongly recommend you always keep chains with you when driving in the mountains during winter as weather conditions can change rapidly.

- There are 5 driveway parking spots for guests to use. During the winter months the 2 parking spots in the lower driveway will not be available, so there will be 3 driveway parking spots for guests in the wintertime.

Pet Policy:
- Approval Required: All pets must be approved by the host. Add them to your reservation and include their weight and breed in a message.
- Allowed: 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog up to 30 pounds per reservation.
- Fee: $150; guests staying over two weeks must schedule a mid-stay cleaning.
- Unapproved Pets: $500 fee or more for unapproved pets. Additional fees may apply for damages caused by pets.
- Pets must have their own bed, cannot be on furniture or beds, and must be walked for bathroom needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.

- We’ve created a beautiful, welcoming space for friends and family to relax and enjoy time together. To respect our home and our neighborhood, only guests on the booked reservation are permitted on the property, and no additional visitors are allowed without prior approval. We kindly remind guests that our home is not a party house.

- Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum and move conversations indoors after 9 PM to respect neighbors. If you plan to make excessive noise, this property may not be suitable for you.

- To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone, we ask that guests refrain from playing loud outdoor music or using portable speakers. We appreciate your understanding in helping us be respectful of our neighbors and community. If there is a noise-related violation issued by the City of Lake Arrowhead due to noise concerns, guests may be responsible for any fines. By booking, you acknowledge our “good neighbor policy” and agree to cover any fines if this policy is not followed.
