Living room furniture was soiled and extremely uncomfortable. Side chairs were hard as a rock and the sofa was terrible. Beds were OK. Amenities (garbage bags, Dishwasher tablets, toilet paper etc. should have been supplied to sustain a 7 night stay.Icemaker would not dispense ice, and the guest bathroom toilet ran continuously. Removing the lid and jiggling the fill tank was an a pain in the A. We will never book this unit again.

Spring Break at Miramar Beach

Great condo at a very nice complex. Safe and clean. Pickleball, putt-putt, basketball on sight are great in addition to the pool and wonderful beach. Definitely would stay here again.

Great stay

Place is super nice, and love the resort/beach. Only complaint would be the AC. It was not keeping up, had to call and it took a few days for someone to come out. Even after they came, the AC only kept up on cloudy/rainy days. Aside from the AC though loved the place. Would stay there again.

Beautiful and clean property

We had a great stay with our family of four. The property was very clean with easy access to the pool and beach. We would stay again!

Check in was very easy. The unit was very clean updated. Great pools and close to the beach were also positives. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning in the unit. We called the contact number and they directed us to cycle the breaker and the unit started back up again. No big deal because we were able to restart the a/c unit but we had to do this once each day as the temperature in the unit got up to 75-76 degrees.

Was very nice. Couch extremely uncomfortable. Was only negative but in big scheme that was minor. Large backpack. Need a lounge chairs that recline out there. We would of loved to stay out on porch and listen to ocean at night

Everything was fine. It was a good condo but not perfect. The beach chairs were in bad condition. The fridge wasn’t working upon arrival. The AC would not keep the condo cool. And the king bed felt dirty on our first night. The check in process was confusing as there was no instructions on where to check in. We got sent a code and that was it. Didn’t know we needed a pass and didn’t know how to get to our condo.

Perfect Vacation

The location and condo was exactly as shown in the pictures! Very secluded and family oriented which was our favorite part. We won’t stay anywhere else from now on. The communication was great and when we found out we didn’t have the pool key fob, they brought it to us in less than an hour. Best vacation in Florida hands down!!

Tides at Tops'l Stay

Condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the view and amenities. Might be a bit particular here, but I wish they would have spent a proportional amount on their sheets as they did on the rest of the place; 100% polyester fitted sheets that kept slipping around if you turned. We enjoyed eating on the balcony.

Perfect vacation spot

It was our first time visiting Destin, FL, and we didn’t know what to expect, and everything exceeded our expectations. The property was very spacious, modern, clean, and up to date. It gave off the perfect vibes for a luxury relaxing getaway. The views from the patio were gorgeous, with the entire place perfectly stocked with all you would need in the house and even on the beach! Everything was within walking distance and we really enjoyed the poolside bar and grill - though it was a bit pricey. It made relaxation easy to achieve with the beach and pool being just a quick walk away. Definitely plan to return to this property for future vacations!
