This is a true home-away-from-home. Comfortable living areas, cozy bedroom, soothing decor, well equipped kitchen, and most important - the view, beach walks, easy access to amenities. The hosts communicated quickly, and let us check in early.

We had a wonderful stay! Spring was excellent with communication from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. The condo was in pristine condition, exactly as shown in the photos, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was well-appointed, and we appreciated the little touches—like decorative lights in the bedroom, enough coffee for each day of our stay, and the amazing fireplace! The location is the best in the complex, with beautiful views of the promenade, Tillamook Head, and the coast. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze. We can’t wait to come back!

A Perfect Oceanfront Getaway! We had an absolutely amazing time at this “Home away from home”! From the moment we arrived, the stunning views, and the sound of the waves provided the perfect relaxing backdrop to our entire stay.The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the little touches—beach chairs, towels, games, and again the view. Waking up each morning to a sunrise, and enjoying coffee on the deck while watching the waves, then ending the day with beautiful sunsets. The location was ideal—private and peaceful, yet close enough to walk to great restaurants, local shops. We left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, oceanfront escape!

This unit is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed in! Easy to find, gracious hosts, convenient parking, with keyless entry into a luxury apartment with spectacular views.

Great condo - Awesome view

April 2024 - the condo was perfect with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Be sure a check the games and activities closet. Games, puzzles, and sand toys for the family. Really impressed by the updates in every room. Kitchen was ready to make just about anything you want to cook if that's part of your plan. The owner was so responsive during the check in process. 10 out of 10. My wife and I were very happy with the stay and would go back every time in Seaside.

Best VRBO we have ever rented!

All of the other reviews sum this place up. It's like walking into your own home. It has everything! Incredibly well stocked kitchen, lovely Sleep Number bed, very comfortable furniture and the VIEW, OMG. It's really the best view. The 3rd floor is perfect. You are just above the Prom and 2 blocks from the turnaround.It is very well done, very comfortable and just made us feel like we had done it ourselves. All of the extra's - a full business/computer area with a multifunction printer if you need to work while there, Nice large TV that worked easily, Bose radio that puts out great sound. The have tons of board games, beach toys, great chairs and pads on the deck and just about anything you could think of.Communication was spectacular and easy to understand.We will be back, and likely often!Thank you both for such an amazing time.....

Beautiful getaway

My husband and I spent the weekend there to celebrate his birthday. We haven’t been to the Oregon coast in a long time so I was particular about getting a place we could enjoy even if it rained. This unit did not disappoint. From the start, communications were great and when we arrived, we were able to check in an hour early. The place is absolutely gorgeous - from the interior design, decor, amenities provided, clear big glass windows and view of the ocean and boardwalk. Everything was in walking distance and Seaside has a lot to offer. We also drove to Cannon Beach & Gearhart, and like having the variety of nearby coastal towns. The bed really stood out to us - it looked and felt luxurious. Everything was pretty much perfect and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Summer would be a great time to return.

by the gorgeous ocean views. Spending time in Seaside as a child are some of our most
cherished memories. We knew this was a little slice of heaven.

The unit was in need of updating and so we did our usual ... went above and beyond in
renovating it. My 30+ years of extensive knowledge in real estate combined with Mark
and I's experience in renovating homes that consumers rave about, we set out to create our vision.

We have worked hard to create a relaxing and comfortable beach home, fully stocked
with whatever we could imagine you might need to make your stay a relaxing and
memorable one.
