Nice place with a great view.

We had a nice stay in the property. The pool was heated and the children loved to swim in the pool. The housr looks like the pictures. The owner is friendly and helpsom. We enjoyed 10 days there in the spring.

Wonderful view!

Spacious villa with awesome views of the sea. You can even hear the waves from the patio and enjoy beautiful sunrises :). Quiet residential area with free parking in the street. About 15-20 min walk down to the beach. The return trip is uphill. There is a smaller bedroom (red room) on the ground floor and two bigger ones on the first floor. The heated pool was the highlight of the vacation for the kids! The owner and his neighbor friend are extremely nice and accommodating. Highly recommended!!

Not as expected

Tired & in need of some TLC. Nice views but access was challenging. Unfortunately the pool kept going cloudy & green frequently. We did have a few problems with appliances but we did have a good response from the owner who had them rectified.

Amazing views you can never get tired of (rain or shine)

We had a great stay, the villa was clean, comfortable with views to die for. Good showers, comfortable beds and lovely towels especially the sun bed ones! Nice outside area with adequate pool for cooling down & a great outdoor shower & comfortable sun beds . The host was excellent with his communication & Torsten the property manager was so helpful especially helping us up & down with our luggage. There is a very very steep slope up to the villa followed by about 20 steps which may not be suitable for the infirm /elderly but if you don’t go up you don’t get the views- the climb up is well worth it!! It was about a 20 minute walk down to town & we caught a cab back up ( about 6/10€) Thoroughly enjoyed our stay( we did have a car to explore) and would def stay here again if in Almunecar- thank you.

Alles Bestens

Alles Bestens. Superlage und Ausstattung des Hauses wie beschrieben. Ja, man benötigt ein Auto - dies ist sowieso sinnvoll, da der Ort ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Touren nach Granada und Malaga bzw. in die nähere Umgebung ist. Supermärkte im Ort und leicht zu finden ... Für's Baden im Mittelmeer was das Wasser schon etwas kalt, dafür hatten wir ja den beheizten Pool ... und dennoch auch schöne Strandtage verlebt ... Sollten wir wieder in die Region kommen, dann sehr gerne wieder! Beste Grüße Norbert, Ina, Alexej, Amalia

Ein schönes Haus - etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus hat einen tollen Blick und einen schönen warmen Pool. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz (6 min mit dem Auto - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah). Leider hatte wir viele Ameisen im Haus. An einigen stellen bedarf es einer Renovierung. Die Bilder im Inserat sind schon etwas älter. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Verwalter.

Schöner Urlaub in Almunecar

Ein rundum schöner Urlaub! Wir sind vom Vermieter und dem Verwalter sehr freundlich empfangen worden- trotz der späten Ankunft. Das Haus war sauber, entsprach exakt der Beschreibung und ist gut ausgestattet. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts war war der Kontakt sehr nett. Das Haus und der Pool haben eine fantastische Aussicht. Die Lage am Hang erschwert allerdings zu Fuss in den Ort und an den Strand zu kommen. Auto ist empfehlenswert! Wir sagen herzlichen Dank! Haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Viele Grüße!

Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Das Haus ist sehr schön und lässt tatsächlich keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das beste an dem Haus ist der wirklich unvergleichliche Blick auf's Meer.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer!

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Villa war von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise wunderbar! Wir wurden von Torsten unglaublich freundlich empfangen und möchten uns auf diesem Weg auch nochmals bei ihm für die Hilfsbereitschaft (Gepäck tragen etc. ) bedanken. Die Villa selber ist wunderschön eingerichtet und auch an allen benötigten Sachen wie Kochgeschirr, Gläser, Handtücher usw. ist alles sehr reichhaltig vorhanden! Kurzum, mein Mann und ich sind in diese prachtvolle Villa eingezogen und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt. Wobei natürlich auch nicht der schöne Aussenpool und die herrliche Terrasse sowie die einzelnen Terrassen , von den Zimmern aus begehbar, unerwähnt bleiben dürfen. Und von überall im Haus hat man einen wirklich atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer! Vielen Dank an die Familie Keilen für den wunderschönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in Ihrem herrlichen Ferienhaus! Mein Mann und ich sind uns sicher, wir kommen wieder zu Ihnen und werden dann sicher für eine längere Zeit dort verweilen.

Villa très confortable avec une vue extraordinaire sur la mer

Ici tout n'est que luxe, calme et volupté: la villa est spacieuse, l'intérieur bien aménagé, la terrasse offre une très belle vue sur la mer et il est agréable de se laisser bercer par les flots lors des repas. Le quartier est calme et la plage très proche. De nombreux sites peuvent être visités à proximité. La piscine est très bien entretenue et, là encore, on peut admirer le spectacle de la mer lorsque l'on s'installe dans les transats. Dietmar est un hôte très accueillant et montre une grande disponibilité. Nous avons été séduits par notre séjour et nous reviendrons c'est certain!

Awesome

The bedrooms upstairs have minisplit ac's.. There are terraces off of each of those rooms, off of the living room connected to the one around the pool. This is truly your view, it's amazingly beautiful. There are other houses all around but it is very quiet and peaceful. The owner was so helpful anytime we had a question even about town. Very pleasant stay. The only thing that would be difficult for some is the climb to the house very steep and they 21 stairs.

Wir hatten Ende April eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche in diesem schönen Haus mit beheiztem Pool verbracht. Der Vermieter war immer problemlos erreichbar und ausgesprochen freundlich. Herzlichen Dank und auf ein nächstes Mal.

It is a very steep winding walk to the town, 20 mins, and this was not clear from the listing. We actually often walked down and got a taxi back up with the family (<10 euros).

Heel prettig verblijf gehad

De gehele villa was mooi. Fijne ruime slaapkamers, prima keuken en een heel prettig buitenverblijf met een prachtig fris zwembad. Zeker een bezoek waard.

We stayed at this house for four weeks and it was better than expected, in fact it was the nicest rental house we have had in Spain so far. The house had everything we needed and the heated pool was great. Dietmar was very helpful. Thank you!

Perfect Location!

We spent a week here and found it to be an ideal location. We took day trips to Nerja, Granada, and Frigiliana. So many restaurants down at the beach only 5 minutes away by car. The view from the balconies is breathtaking! Comfortable beds with air conditioned bedrooms, large bathrooms, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. And the owner was so nice and helpful. We hope to return one day.

Fabulous villa with amazing view

Spent a fantastic week at the villa (wish it were longer!). Excellent view of the sea from the ground floor & upstairs balconies and from the pool; in the evening you can hear the waves breaking on the beach. The villa looks even better than it does in the photos - visitors will not be disappointed. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed. The bathrooms are spacious, two of which have great power showers. It is a ten minute walk to the beach below the villa - Velilla - which has a number of chirinquitos and restaurants. A great place to spend an evening and watch the sun set. Well located for trips to the shopping centre at Velez-Malaga and for nearby Motril. We had a very relaxing family holiday here and will definitely be returning!
