Let’s start with the curb appeal. The neighbors had their lawns mowed and this property didn’t on top of just looking unkempt in March.
I went to use the code to unlock the front door and the lock just spun, thank goodness we had the code to the garage to get in.
The garage had debris on the floor and old furniture pilled in the corner that looked like it needed to go into the trash.
We finally made it into the house which was a little more appealing except the tv stand still had Christmas decorations on it in March. The front door had a nice paper towel blind and the windowed door leading to the open backyard had no window covering at all exposing the livingroom and kitchen to public viewing.
We started to unpack our groceries and as the refrigerator was opened, it was clear that it had not been wiped out. The veggie/meat bin had dried up cheese shreds still. The vents had more than a finger full of dust on them. Overall the cleaning could have been more detailed.
Shower time, only towels were supplied, no wash cloths, no hand towels. I enjoyed washing myself with paper towels!! BTW the drain needs attention, it is slow.
Dinner time, no tongs for cooking and no kitchen rags for wiping up. The only kitchen linen was two kitchen towels hung on the oven handle.
May I also suggest investing in some sort of ant control as we shared the space with unwelcomed guests (ants).
