Welcome to Beachwalk Bungalow! Our beautifully updated 3 BR 3.5 BA townhome is THE epitome of a *prime* location. Walk to the stunning, private Shipyard Beach in under 5 mins, and enjoy the community pool right outside your front door! *NOTE: Saturday to Saturday rentals only available until October - message us for shorter stays starting Oct 1!*

This spacious property is family-friendly with many areas to unwind and relax including two family rooms on the main level, a huge eat-in kitchen, a brand new private deck off the back, and *two* owner's suites.

The most important thing to know is that Beachwalk Bungalow is located in the best neighborhood in the Shipyard development - the closest one to the beach!

Our home is at the front of the neighborhood which makes it the shortest walk to the beach possible, and we are right across the cul-de-sac from the large community pool which is a huge hit with kids and parents!

As you come in the front door, you'll pass a spacious living room on your right, followed by the powder room/laundry room, followed by a big open family room - fully stocked kitchen - dining room combo space. There is a sliding glass door leading from the family room onto the brand new oversized deck with even more space to kick back and enjoy the warmth of HHI! In the yard behind the deck is a propane gas grill for you to use as much as you'd like.

The upper level has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - two of the bedrooms are Owner's Suites with King beds and en-suite baths, and the third bedroom has two twin beds and another full bath directly across the hall. All bedrooms are spacious and have great closet space and storage. There is also a desk / workstation in the primary bedroom if you need to get work done on your trip.

Beachwalk Bungalow has multiple TVs, all equipped with basic cable and streaming connections. We provide free Netflix and HBO Max, and you're welcome to log in to your own services as well!

There is free, unmarked parking in the cul-de-sac where this home is located as well as ample bike parking (Shipyard and Hilton Head are designed to be explored by bike, the island is covered in beautiful paths). In our front exterior storage area we have several beach chairs, a lightweight umbrella, and some beach toys for your use.

We are infant, toddler, and child friendly! Enjoy the following amenities complimentary with any stay with us:

As a Beachwalk Bungalow guest you will get up to two car passes to get in and out of the Shipyard development. There is free parking in the parking lot of the cul-de-sac directly in front of our home.

All of that said about cars... Hilton Head is heaven for bike riding! The island is covered in bike paths and all of the main bike rental companies will deliver and pick up to your door for free.
