Alla nya möbler med vackra nya trägolv i hela villan! Ingen matta. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, en TV och ett privat badrum med bänkskivor i granit. Gäst sovrummet sover 4 med två uppsättningar av nya två våningssängar. Den nya bäddsoffan har en queen size-madrass. Perfekt för större familjer! Det finns ett hallbad för användning av gästrummet och vardagsrummet. Köket är nyrenoverat och öppet mot matsalen och vardagsrummet. Balkongen sträcker sig hela villan och har ett nytt bord och 4 stolar, perfekt för morgonkaffe och soluppgångar! Utsikten är fantastisk därifrån och Atlanten ligger bara några steg bort! De vita sandstränderna är ett utmärkt ställe att koppla av dagen bort.

Anläggningen har också 2 pooler, tennisbanor, träningsrum och en lekplats med grillplats / picknickområde för gäster att använda. Bekvämt beläget mitt på ön, är detta område på Hilton Head en underbar plats för alla semestrar!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

The property was clean and had all of the necessary amenities for our family. I was worried about the on-floor shared laundry room, but it was clean and convenient. We enjoyed the beach, easy access to tennis and pickleball, walking/bike trails and more.

Awesome place

We will definitely rent this condo again. It was extremely clean. Had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. Loved being on the top floor. And the host, Michael, was super quick on responding to our questions.

A great week

We had a wonderful time even with all the rain. The beach and pools were easy to get too. The condo was very nice and roomy for my 4 kids. We will definitely be back!

Another Amazing Trip

This is our second time in this condo. Could not be more pleased. Updates made and upkeep are exceptional. Access to pool and beach are easy. Morning sunrise view is amazing. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included. Kitchen, beach items (toys and chairs), and games were available and appreciated. Owner was prompt and took care of anything we needed, even the smallest details. For example, the hair dryer didn’t work, and we had a new one within a few hours. Our family had another wonderful week and can’t wait to return and enjoy this lovely condo again.

Overall Decent Place to Stay

Beds were comfortable, space was sufficient, and resort was well kept. We saw security patrolling quite often day and night and felt safe the entire time. Short walk to the beach, there is a bridge to cross over the dunes on each side of the condo building. Plenty of parking. Stayed one week - Arrived onsite around 10pm, front desk didn't have any information of our booking which was a little nerve wracking, but we were able to get through to the owner as the booking information was accidentally not emailed to front desk staff. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, which for one week of booking seemed minimal. Blow dryer didn't work and front desk declined to replace because it was owner responsibility. The supporting slats for the top bunks should be secured, daughter was awoken middle of the night because a couple underneath her fell and her mattress sunk in. Main bathroom shower was much better for use than the master bath shower... master shower floor is soft and pliable under your feet. Could use some updates to freshen up the space, a beach wagon to help carry stuff out to the beach, a pan to cook pizzas. We purchased a sizeable cooler from Wal-Mart and left it in the closet so that should now be available. Not our best condo booking, but not our worst either. Grocery stores are a quick drive, but so are places like Harbourtown, Coligny, and Sheltercove. Overall, a decent place to stay.

Clean condo and beautiful beach

This condo is small and in an older building, but the condo was very clean (a huge plus) and had some updates. Generally I found all as advertised and communication with Michael was wonderful. He is very responsive as is the property management company who quickly fixed our internet when it went out (literally responded within minutes) and replaced the coffee pot when it broke. Note - there is no hot tub on the property. Pro tip; park on the far side of Admiral’s Row by the pool to access a ramp to the elevator and to access a ramped boardwalk to the beach. If you have a wagon using this side of the building makes it much easier to transport things to and from the room with the wagon and easier to get gear to the beach. All in all a pleasant stay.

Nothing short of amazing!!!

We had such an amazing time! The location was fabulous and so close to the beach and pools. It was very family oriented and we loved it. Michael was very responsive when I had any issues or questions. Only qualm would be we couldn’t get the tv in the one bedroom on and the Wi-Fi constantly went out so the other tv’s wouldn’t work. Not that big of a deal since we were out most of the day. Everything else was clean and taken care of. The view was stunning and we can’t wait to go back again!!

Great location and condo

Nicely appointed condo. Plentry of room for our family. Host is very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again. Only suggestion is to get an e-key for the door- would be nice not having to worry about a physical key. Loved it otherwise!!

We are very picky about cleanliness and this unit definitively met our expectations. The property manager was very quick to answer and respond to any of our questions. Close to the beach, pickle-ball courts and the pool. Great vacation!!!

Our teens loved it!

This is a nicely updated older condo. Close to the pool and beach. We went on the busiest week of the year and still had plenty of parking and never had to wait for the elevator. My only complaint is we couldn’t use the TV because the Wi-Fi kept going out. The beds are comfy and dining room table is nice. The couch and love seat are not very comfortable but since we spent most our time out and about it was fine. I definitely recommend if you have teens mine love it and can’t wait to go back again soon.

Comfortable and Spaciou

Had a very good stay at the HH Beach and Tennis Club and at this unit. It had plenty of room for our family of 4 and the girls loved the bunk beds in the second room. Although the place could use a few touchups it was faily clean and well furnished – good array of kitchen items and it had everything you needed. We did have some issues with the stove/oven, but Michael took care of us to offer us food credits at the resorts (oven had been damaged by the last renter). All in all, it was a great place – close to the beach, large pool which was not too crowded (first wk of June), and the place was pretty quiet at night. Price point seemed pretty good for a 2 bdr. place. We would rent again! Thank you Michael.

Great beach stay

Communication with Michael was easy, check in process was a breeze. The unit is not too far from the beach and there is a nice view from the balcony. Our kids really enjoyed the small pool which was just outside our unit and not as crowded as the big pool. We appreciated that there were beach chairs and sand toys available to use. Thanks for sharing your beach condo with us!

Great Stay in Hilton Head

Michael was an awesome host. Communication was excellent. The condo was extremely clean. The view of the ocean was above my expectations. Easy access to the beach for long walks. Renting bikes on the property was so easy and we were able to tour many parts of the island in safety. Definitely return to Hilton Head and Michae's condo would be my only choice.

Amazing again!

This is our second time staying here (third trip to HHI), and it was exactly as great (if not better) this time! This place is perfect for our family of 5, even with a few chilly and rainy days we had plenty of room to hang out inside. The view is the best! My favorite thing about staying here is watching the sun rise and set while having my coffee or choice beverage in the evening. :) We can't wait to come back!

Spring Break

Condo was very clean and well stocked for anything we needed when we arrived. Had a very large balcony which was really nice. The resort has some great amenities with on-site bike, rental restaurants and a very large pool. Only minor issues was the wi-Fi in the building was quite poor and we could only get Wi-Fi in the living room and kitchen. Was a wonderful stay!
