Alla nya möbler med vackra nya trÀgolv i hela villan! Ingen matta. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng, en TV och ett privat badrum med bÀnkskivor i granit. GÀst sovrummet sover 4 med tvÄ uppsÀttningar av nya tvÄ vÄningssÀngar. Den nya bÀddsoffan har en queen size-madrass. Perfekt för större familjer! Det finns ett hallbad för anvÀndning av gÀstrummet och vardagsrummet. Köket Àr nyrenoverat och öppet mot matsalen och vardagsrummet. Balkongen strÀcker sig hela villan och har ett nytt bord och 4 stolar, perfekt för morgonkaffe och soluppgÄngar! Utsikten Àr fantastisk dÀrifrÄn och Atlanten ligger bara nÄgra steg bort! We had an amazing vacation at HHB&T resort. The condo was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise.

We would stay here again. Close proximity to food, bars and walking distance to the beach. Michael the owner was super easy to get in touch with when needed and responded right away. The only negative I have that has nothing to do with his listing but the building itself, the elevator is a bit slot like. Our family was happy with this location.

Another great stay!

This was our 4th year in Hilton Head and our 3rd year staying in this condo. We absolutely love it. The location is wonderful and communication is perfect. We hope to be back next year my girls have made so many great memories here.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk and you're ready to set up on the beach for the day! Space was a little tight for a family of 6, but adequate. Dishwasher was not working during our 5 night stay, nor was the wifi/internet, which was very disappointing during a rainy day since none of the tv's could be used. Beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards were nice to have on hand. would recommend based on the 2 items above being fixed.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

The property was clean and had all of the necessary amenities for our family. I was worried about the on-floor shared laundry room, but it was clean and convenient. We enjoyed the beach, easy access to tennis and pickleball, walking/bike trails and more.

A great week

We had a wonderful time even with all the rain. The beach and pools were easy to get too. The condo was very nice and roomy for my 4 kids. We will definitely be back!

Awesome place

We will definitely rent this condo again. It was extremely clean. Had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. Loved being on the top floor. And the host, Michael, was super quick on responding to our questions.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The resorts pools were a hit with the kids (3 & 5) and beach was easily accessible by just a short walk. Highly recommend waking up to watch the sunrise from the balcony

Great experience

Our stay at this property was fantastic! Easy check in/out, condo was clean and very well stocked (from books and board games to beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella). Location is great with lots of restaurants and even mini golf nearby. Just a few steps from the private beach access too. This is hands down my favorite place that we’ve stayed in Hilton Head so far.

Top Floor Villa

This is an amazing place!! We had the best time at the Villa! What we loved the most was how close this building is to the beach with a ramp access. Also, it was great being on the top floor with such a nice view of the ocean. The villa has great beds, a big kitchen, a nice living room, a huge balcony & great bathrooms. The resort has so many fun things for families to do. The pool is spacious, pickle ball, events like karaoke, a restaurant, ice cream and so much more! This island has the cleanest healthiest beaches I have ever seen. The ecosystem here is teaming with life, there are so many ocean animals to see. There are friendly knowledgeable lifeguards at the beach. The waves at high tide are so fun too, just the right size for kids & adults to ride all day! Michael our host was amazing! He was always helpful and kind, he’s the best! We are returning to visit in the future. 5 STARS for everything!

Perfect stay for a perfect beach!

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for us and our 4 year old twins! It was an easy walk from the condo to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be the tvs need to be upgraded, but who goes to the beach to watch tv?
