Great patio area

Excellent location

Perfect location for a quick getaway with kids. 5 minutes from the DoSeum, 5 minutes from the Zoo, 12 minutes from downtown, and an HEB within walking distance.

Great location, basic but charming.

House was clean and tidy upon arrival. Great location! Several items in house needed attention- light bulbs out, Keurig not working, batteries in remote not working. Not many amenities provided - no bath soap, no tissues, no kitchen towels. These issues were communicated to host and will hopefully improve for future guests.

Nice house, but wasn't clean.

The house and neighborhood are quite nice and close to everything we wanted to do. However, once we checked in the house was not clean at all despite being told otherwise. We took pictures to verify what we say. The bathroom downstairs had doodoo stains in the bowl and urine all over the seat. The bathtub was filthy had dog hair all in it. In the kitchen, the dishwasher had dishes that seemed clean but weren't. This was due to the filter in the dishwasher never being cleaned and left clogged. In the living area, there were large clumps of dog hair underneath the furniture, the chairs had pillows in them that were dirty and stained to the point that they should have been thrown away a long time ago. The back patio was also covered in dog hair, had dog AND bird poop everywhere. We spent the first 3 hours after checking in cleaning everything ourselves because one of the reasons we rented this house is that it was listed as kid-friendly. With the level of dirtiness this house was on our arrival, we had to clean it to make it kid-friendly. The property management company was nice and responsive to our messages but I think they should consider hiring a new Property Caretaker. He was there when we arrived (we were told we qualified for early check-in) and nothing was done. As mentioned we loved the house, its location and the neighborhood but doubtful we will rent this property again due to the uncleanliness of the house.

Cute Cottage

This is a very cute cottage with lots of charm and original features. We liked the neighborhood, it was quiet, and was convenient to Trinity University and Olmos Park area. However, outdoor areas appeared to have not been maintained in about a month and were too dirty to be usable. Downstairs shower handle broke, and it was in bad shape to begin with, so we could not use that shower. Otherwise, this could be a great property with better attention to maintenance.

Cute old house but lots of quirks

House is in a great location and closed patio was great. However, it is only a 3 bedroom with an open loft, not a 4 bedroom as listed - not great for multiple kids. As expected with an older home there has been some settling so some of the bedroom doors would not shut so made it hard for sleeping kiddos. Also, no filters were provided for coffee pot and while there is a Kuerig no k-cups we’re provided either. Overall a great location but not a great set up for families with smaller children.

Gorgeous place!

I loved the location! House is well maintained and perfect fit for wife, husband and two little ones. The outside patio was perfect and walking distance to H-E-B. Great distance to downtown, 281 and 410. Little to no traffic.

Nice stay

Home is good very spacious 2 story 100 year old home lots of history. Nice neighborhood close to HEB. Enclosed back yard pet friendly. Spacious back yard.

Cute House!!!

We really enjoyed this 100 year old house! It had such charm! Close to a ton of restaurants (try out La Fonda, but make reservations!!!) Walking distance to H-E-B (if it's not too hot) in a quiet neighborhood.
