We enjoyed the space and layout. There was one couple and 3 women in Kodiak to cook lunches for the roughly 40 volunteers remodeling the Kingdom Hall, so we were thrilled with the full freezer, refrigerator, oven, cabinet space, big table, good counter space, dishwasher and space to stack our freezer boxes and coolers.Brian responded quickly to requests for trash bags and toilet paper, but could be more generous. There was very minimal shampoo and body wash, byo. The laundry was a plus! We didn't use the deck or grill due to rain and time. The location was quiet and convenient.

Great for large families!

Property was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed for our families. Access to washer/dryer was a bonus, especially on wet days. Appreciate the easy check in and out. Friendly helpful owners and organized instructions/guidebook.

Perfect for 3 generation getaway

Very clean and tidy property. We were 7 people from 7 to 76 years old. Convenient to all beaches, hiking,downtown, and shopping. And we felt super safe when the tsunami warning went off in the middle of the night.

We are Alaska residents who attended the 2026 Crab Fest for the first time. When I looked at a number of available units, I needed one that could accommodate up to 7 people. Brian's unit accommodated the 5 people who actually ended up going to this the event. The unit had a good-sized living room with a giant t.v. for easy viewing...even from the adjacent spacious kitchen and dining table with enough space for everyone to sit comfortably. It was located conveniently close to the Crab Fest and it was clean, spacious, very-well furnished with 3 good-sized bedrooms, 2 clean, modern, and well-stocked bathrooms with towels and amenities.Brian met us at the unit to give us the keys at check-in. He was friendly, informative and very accommodating to our scheduled arrival and departure times on the ferry to/from Homer to Kodiak. He was truly an exceptional host, and our whole group enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely refer friends to your VRBO unit, Brian. Aloha & Mahalo!

Great location and property managers

The place was clean and very comfortable- it was just as described. Close to Seward and right by Safeway and WalMart. As a property owner, I recommend getting a lockbox or keyless lock to make for a co tactless check in experience. No one wants to wait for someone to bring them keys. There were no toiletries at all so bring your own. We had to go buy body soap, shampoo, conditioner and kleenex. The living room furniture could use a cleaning or replacement and it was very worn and not super comfortable. The big screen TV was awesome but was hung up so high that you had to be laying on the couch or reclined in the chair to watch it. Owners were very kind and made check out super easy! We would stay here again if we came back to Seward.

We like to meet all our guests in person. We feel that it keeps our standards high and eliminates less-than-desirable behavior at our properties. This property is in Kodiak btw.

Everything was great, very nice , kids enjoyed it. We cooked., made burgers outside on the grill, very clean. And very roomy. I been up in Kodiak a few times and plan on staying there agin, walking king distance to Safeway and Walmart. Quit neighborhood.

Great place, great location, super hosts

This is a great place to stay while in Kodiak. Close to Walmart and downtown area. Owner met me at the condo after I landed. It's quiet. Plenty of parking. The place is newly renovated so everything was new. Just myself staying here for work but a huge place with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. You won't be disappointed staying here.
