Our place is perfect for couples, business travelers and families.

No parties, family "get together" events, "self-invites" or birthday celebrations allowed!

The private lakefront walk-out basement is 1,800sq.f. with a separate entrance that includes a bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a pool table and sauna (beauty supplies included), and a full kitchen with all of the amenities.
Our rental has private access, so you can enjoy the pool, hot tub, outside gas and wood fireplaces, various lounging options and a deck for fishing or just relaxing with a cup of coffee next to the lake! 🏞☕️
If you like kayaking and exploring the lake on your own - we have 2 kayaks with paddles available (they're included in the stay).🛶🛶

You can have a little picnic in the middle of the lake with champagne or try to fish from the boat ramp either for bluegill or bass (fishing poles provided).

Also, we provide at no charge our own family Zoo and Safari passes to world-renowned Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo, so you can plan that as well! (24-hour notice)

Excellent place

This place is amazing! We walked in and fell in love! It is beautifully decorated and we loved the beach theme! The place is exactly like the pictures show! We didn't get to enjoy the lake as much as we wanted because the weather was chilly, but having that option was nice! The owners were easy to book with and replied quickly if we had a question! The pool and hot tub were both a hit with my family! The view of the pool, hot tub and lake is what sold us to stay on this property!! We will forsure stay again if we ever go back to Omaha!!

Relaxing amenities and view

We enjoyed our stay and made good use of the pool and spa and enjoyed the lake in the background. Well stocked kitchen for making our own food.

Short Girls Trip

Communication from the property manager was very clear and response time was great. The property was very clean and organized. Everything worked as we expected (hot tub, sauna, pool table, etc). We are from another state so there was plenty of brochures about the location and where to go to eat and for entertainment. We even forgot some essential items like toothpaste and the property was stocked with all those items. Highly recommend.

Quiet beautiful Place to Relax

We rented the property to attend a graduation. With the beautiful backyard and view of the lake our stay was tranquil and relaxing. The owners were kind and generous and have created a wonderful respite from the hectic world.

Very nice amenities/relaxing stay

This home is very comfortable. We paddle boarded and used the on site kayaks. The pool and hot tub were fun to relax in after a day on the lake. The property is clean and comfortable. Almost every comfort was on site, and Yulia was there for any questions. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Omaha.

Great stay in Omaha

Our host was very responsive to our request and always readily available. The amenities in the house were more than adequate. The pool was clean with plenty of seating/loune chairs. My wife used the kayak on the lake and thoroughly enjoyed herself. The dedicated parking space made getting in/out very easy. Plenty of restaurants/grocery stores nearby. Would definitely stay here agin

Perfect for our family

The property was exactly what we were hoping it would be, with lots of attention to detail all around! The house was lovely and fully stocked, inside and out, it had everything we needed. The host was very kind, accommodating, and super-responsive. It was quiet and relaxing, the outdoor area was beautiful, and the inside was spacious and clean. Very nice sauna inside and the kids enjoyed playing foosball. We went fishing, took the kayaks out, cooked on the grill, enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing Stay!

Such a beautiful stay! We had our own parking spot, and entry! We enjoyed laying out, swimming, hot tub, kayaking, and even grilled out one night for dinner! They have everything you might need to make your stay perfect-from dishes, fully equipped kitchen, entertainment, shampoo, body wash and even face masks!! I highly recommended staying here! Check in and out was very easy, and when we had any questions or concerns we got immediate responses from the owners. We had our own space and didn't run into or see the owners at any time. Can't wait to return, when in the area again!

Our stay was Terrible, very uncomfortable the entire stay!!

Our stay was terrible, it started right when we got there, this place is NOT for kids, and if you want to use any of the amenities you have to give 24 hours Notice!!! The home owner lives upstairs and your down stairs but don't worry your never alone!! He comes outside any time you go out to swim or do anything.. I felt like we were being watched the entire time and didn't want to touch anything...we got a lecture the minute we got there because my son had a friend come, and the owner right away assumed we were going to tear something up!! We were uncomfortable the whole entire stay!! We never got anymore towels or anything after the first day! SAVE YOUR Money and stay at a really nice hotel So you can use the amenities anytime you want and can get some privacy.

Amazing & Tranquil Oasis

This property & host far exceeded all expectations! Julia has this place decorated so beautifully….you truly feel like you’ve walked into a lovely beachside (lakeside) oasis….with al the comforts of home! The kitchen & bathrooms were impressively stocked with all the essentials & more! She has clearly thought about the details….from the welcome chocolate & impressive stock of complimentary hot teas & coffee, it was such a relaxing & enjoyable time! The lake view & hot tub were fantastic. We hope to return when it is warm enough to use the pool. It was gorgeous but still a little too chilly outside to comfortably swim (first week in May). Our 9yr old LOVED the big assortment of games, foosball table. My husband enjoyed playing pool & reading near the fireplace with the view of the pool & lake. The host also had a great assortment of local brochures & books to help us learn about the activities in/near Omaha. We ended up going to several places including the zoo based on her recommendation. We visited from out of state & will definitely be booking a return trip!

Backyard Paradise!!

Our family loved the pool, kayaks, games, and outdoor space! This property has SO much to offer in any season. It was HOT so we didn’t spend much time in the sauna or hot tub, but that would have been fun too in another season. This was probably the most impressively “stocked” property we have ever visited. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything you cold ask for! Highly recommend!!!
