This home was the perfect place for my family. The location is convenient. All of my family enjoyed the heated pool! The space overall, I can’t say enough good about it. Bedrooms and bathrooms were also perfect. Many great memories made!

We hosted our family reunion here, and everyone told me it was the best venue yet. The house is made for entertainment and comfort, Ashley’s responsiveness was excellent, and the pool was a hit from ages 3 to 90. Would book again for sure.

Ashley was an incredible host! She checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, which really made us feel welcome and taken care of. The ranch is beautiful — spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the basketball court was a huge hit with everyone. We’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Ashley!“

This place was perfect for our large family gathering in Omaha. Each of the siblings’ family units had their own comfortable private room with en suite bathrooms. The common areas provided great hangout space and the kitchen (both indoor and outdoor) had all the necessary equipment and utensils for family meals. The house was so nice with enough group activity space that we didn’t actually feel the need to venture out the entire time we stayed there. The pool, table tennis, trampoline, TVs, and basketball net were all highlights of our stay. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. Highly recommend this house for your Omaha vacation.

Fabulous family/group friendly home!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The entire place was accommodating to our needs inside and out. Bedrooms were very quiet and little to no noise transferred to them from the living spaces. It has very up to date technology which made our group presentations run smoothly.

Perfect place for our family reunion.

Perfect place for our family reunion. Quirky house but just what we needed. The new outdoor kitchen will be a bonus. A bit confused by the thermostats. But that would be my only complaint,

Beautiful place with excellent amenities and close to shopping needs.

Ashley and Mitch were great hosts and responded to our every need. The facilities were in good repair, and improvements were in progress. The place is huge, so it's possible to both be together and be alone! The pool and outside bar area got a lot of use! Our family of ten had room to roam, and it made a wonderful place to host our son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner - would love to go back...

Wonderful Weekend!

We had a wonderful experience at this well equipped home. We had 7 adults and 8 children, and were all very comfortable! Owners were very attentive to our needs. Kids loved the pool and at one point one of my grandsons declared "this is just like a water park!" Adults enjoyed the bar and hot tub. Overall excellent weekend. Would definitely rent again.

May 2017 stay

The house was beautiful and was perfect for our graduation celebration. Weather was very warm and nice for Omaha.. The pool was not available for use which was disappointing to my family. Having this asset available was one of the finer points that drew us to this home. The owners of the property were very accommodating and was a pleasure to work with.

Amazing family get together

We rented this home for my son's first birthday party. We have a lot of family from several different states and this house had plenty of room for everyone to stretch and play. We really enjoyed the poker table for late night card games and spent many many hours at the pool. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen had plenty of room to prepare a large meal. The house just goes on and on! We didn't feel like we were in Omaha, but at our own personal resort. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

4th of July in Omaha

This was a wonderful place to celebrate the 4th of July with family and friends! The kitchen area was very large which made it easy to make/plan meals for our group. The pool area was beautiful and even when it rained the kids enjoyed swimming. There was plenty of bedding and towels (even towels for the pool area). We walked down 1 block in the neighborhood and were able to catch AMAZING fireworks. Easy to find and close to interstate. Nice neighborhood. Our group wants to celebrate the 4th here every year! I've recommended this home to friends who travel to Omaha often for baseball.

Beautiful property with everything we could want all in 1 spot. Comfy beds, dream kitchen & the best stocked kitchen I've seen yet! The pool, slide, hot tub, trampoline, ping pong table, bball court & outdoor kitchen kept all ages entertained all week! It was so nice to have beach towels, some toiletries and even spices in the kitchen. There were 8 of us, from age 1 to 40 and we loved it. The house is just across Dodge from Hy-Vee and a mile from Costco. There are 2 master suites, one on each end of the house. Both have spa tubs & one was separated from all the other bedrooms which was nice for a sleeping baby. The laundry room also has a toilet & sink with a door that opens to the outside, right next to the pool. It was convenient to jump out of the water & have a bathroom 2 steps away without the need to drip water through the house. We had plans for several outings, we skipped them all & opted to stay at the house instead. It was the perfect, relaxing get away!

Family from 4 states gathered to celebrate my husband’s 80th birthday. The home is just like you see on the VRBO site. There are a few spots where there is a single step down when transitioning from one area to another. I put some strips of blue painters tape on the floor so none of the older people in the group would fall or trip. We spent a lot of time in the pool/bar area. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. The men grilled hamburgers & brats one night and the other night they fried fish in the bar area. It was nice to have a mini fridge outside so you didn’t have to go into the house with a wet suit to get something drink. The laundry room has a half bath and it’s right off the pool area which is very convenient. The landscaping is beautiful and there was plenty of parking for our vehicles. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook for a crowd. When we had a question Ashley answered our texts right away. We would stay here again.

Amazing Place to stay

We had the baseball team & some parents stay there for a tournament. The house was plenty big. I love that there are also several bathrooms to choose from. We never ran out of hot water. Extra Things we loved: the huge kitchen was easy to move around in with a lot of people. We cooked all meals; the size of the bedrooms; the ice maker outside at the bbq area; the pool slide; the huge driveway for parking.Overall this was an amazing time had by all. We would absolutely stay again. The host was very communicative and worked with our needs. I would heavily recommend: 1. More trash cans or bigger trash cans in the bathrooms.2. Having an air fryer for the home.3. More cookie sheets. There is 1 there but it’s rusty and worn and burned the food when we used it. (Used for Garlic bread, and cookies)

The host responded almost immediately for each inquiry. The host was especially helpful if we had an issue with items we wanted to operate or access. The layout of the sleeping areas for our large group was exceptional. We all had our own room with adequate space for each of us. The gathering space was exceptionally large even for our group of 18. Great places to be in private and wonderful open spaces for a group event (movies, games, conversations and quiet time). The kitchen and dining area was open and easily gathered our group for meals. The outside covered area off the the kitchen/dining area was comfortable and clean. The hot tub, pool and the outside grill with covered patio area was clean, wholesome and a huge hit for everyone. There is outdoor ping pong, a safety netted trampoline, yard games, pool games that we couldn’t get bored; we could only get tired. Easy access to a lot of local sites, parks, fantastic zoo and places to eat if you wanted and they were all close (10-20 minutes away). The parking was adequate for 6 to eight vehicles, if needed. We hope to make it back and enjoy it again. The clean up requirement before departure was unbelievably simple. You will feel guilty about it, I sure am. It is truly a five star rating from us.

Loved the large gathering space (living room/kitchen). Lots of places to sit, relax, play games, watch movies. The # of bathrooms was fantastic. The bathroom off the pool deck was much appreciated (for the kids). Pool was well equipped with floats, noodles, balls. Ashley was very kind, always available to help and answer questions.
