Vårt hem har 8 Master Suites, spektakulära vardagsrum och matplatser, privat pool och modernt spelrum (7 fot biljardbord)! Ligger i utkanten av Cape Hatteras National Seashore Preserve, den senaste utvecklingen i Salvo, South Beach är för att diskriminera hyresgäster som vill ha det bästa av sol, sand och vågor! Spektakulär bred privat strand i utkanten av naturparken med gott om utrymme för att sola och surfa! Bredvid 12 mil från nationalparkens orörda havsstrand!

Vårt hem har panoramautsikt över havet, park och ljud från våra vardagsrum. Många bekvämligheter - Stort kök med 2 spisar (inklusive JennAir-grill), 2 diskmaskiner, 2 handfat, dubbelugn, ö-förberedning och matlagningsområde, och granitbänk och frukostbar (plats 4)! Rymligt öppet vardagsrum / matsal med gott om plats för avkoppling. Matsal bord 10 platser. Underbar fågelperspektiv från vår mysiga frukostkrog med plats för 4 till! Surroundljudsystem inifrån och ut på övre och poolnivåer.

Rymliga privata sovrum, alla med eget badrum, TV och DVD-spelare! Tredje våningen kung master svit med jacuzzi och separat dusch i badkar. 2: a våningen: 3 King Master Suites (1 med jacuzzi-badkar och dusch) och 2 våningssängar med sovrum, tvättstuga. Första våningen: 1 King Master Suite och 2 Queen Master Suites, stort spelrum och bar och separat pubbord. Bar har 2 tv-apparater för de sportiga fansen! Kabel-TV i vardagsrummet, baren och varje sovrum! Hiss gör livsmedelsstrumpor och bagagehantering till en lek!

Vår privata Dolphin Pool kan vara helt uppvärmd (vid behov) till minimal extra kostnad! Poolområdet har också en privat utomhusdusch och badrum och en extra utomhusdusch. Dra runt däck på alla tre våningarna för mycket sol och luft utanför! Två picknickområden utanför däck. Massor av uteserveringar med vacker utsikt över havet och ljudet. Volleyboll, basket och hästsko område och utanför grill.

South Beach har en orörd, underbar strand som ligger en kort promenad från huset (mindre än 5 minuter). Det finns tillgång till stranden från en strandpromenad för allmän användning (cirka 500 fot lång över privata sanddyner) till en otroligt lång, bred, och avskild strand. Unik. Bredvid naturparken, så det finns gott om utrymme och avskildhet! Parkering finns vid strandpromenaden.

Angelo and Bridget are awesome to deal with as owners. We have rented from them for many years. The house is always in great shape and has created a lifetime of memories for our family and my brother’s family. Their local caretaker of the property is always available and if anything goes wrong she responds to take care of it. We will be back again to create more great memories.

Two families (15) total loved our week at the beach. This is a perfect home: clean, well appointed, great pool deck, all in a quiet neighborhood steps from a beautiful beach. Bridget and Angelo are very responsive and their home is our favorite. We hope to return again.

Fantastic space for family vacation

Every year our family takes a trip and Outer Banks has always been on our list. This home was amazing! The owners were incredibly responsive to questions, primarily pre-vacation as we asked nothing during the week. The amount of space and set-up of the rooms worked perfect for our group. We could not believe how well-stocked the house, especially kitchen was! Anything you could possibly need was provided. It was quite windy at the beach but our group loved the pool every day we were there. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!

Always a wonderful time at South Beach! Our family gathering has stayed for 3 years in a row….best house ever in our 20 years coming! We used to jump around every year until we found our home with Angelo & Bridget. This house offers it all and you can just feel yourself sunk into your vacation on day 1. Great House in great location

Nice property which just a short walk to the beach. House in is excellent shape compared to other houses we've stayed in OBX. Pool is wonderful and stays a great temp during the day/night. Pool guy came every day to check on Pool. Note for larger groups with kids: there is only one shared space inside, (outside of the pool table room). Great value for a very well kept house.

Family Reunion

The house was perfect for our family members coming from FL, MO, NC and NH. We had a wonderful, memory making week together! We loved that each bedroom (beds were comfy too!) had its own bathroom and then there was a community one upstairs near the kitchen. The stairs were a lot (as expected in the OBX! 😆) so having the elevator especially on move in/out day was essential. The pool was great and we loved that someone topped it off often with cooler water. The beach is a quick trip down the boardwalk and over the dunes. It is a lot of work though as the sand is hard to walk on (versus what we are used to here in NH!) and hot on the feet. I preferred the pool, while the "inland" folks from MO and NC liked the ocean. 😊 The house was remarkably clean for its size, but there were some areas that we noticed could use a little more attention (under the beds/corners had dust bunnies and the top floor master shower drain needed a scrub as well as the toilet seat/lid). Dishes and appliances were very clean. We LOVED the multiple dishwashers and refrigerators! The instructions sent out prior to arriving need updating though. There is not longer recycling and at checkout, the linens/towels go on the first floor near the door now. All in all, beautiful home for our vacation! Thank you for sharing it with us. ❤️

Cool weather the first week in June but the heated pool saved the day. Family had a great time. Cooking in the kitchen for a large group was easy with all the pots and pans. The house was very comfortable and made for a very relaxed week. Would definitely come back.

South Beach Park

The house and pool are beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of in door seating, and nice size bedrooms. The pool was clean with lots of areas to lounge by the pool. The place also had additional items for those with infants - pack-n-play, booster seats, etc.

Perfect Location - Perfect House

We stayed with extended family, and found the house, hosts, and location to be excellent all around. The house was clean and well furnished. The elevator made move in/out much easier, and allowed our elderly family to join us for vacation. Be aware that there are a few steps to enter the main level. Location was fabulous with both sound and ocean views. The walk over the dunes is a little tricky for the small or elderly. It is well worth the cost of a pass to drive on the beach. If you don't have a 4x4 you can still access those beach areas south of the house by foot/boardwalk. There's also a lovely sound side beach only a mile away that provided hours of entertainment for the little ones. (No waves and like a huge wading pool.) The pool at the house was clean and so much fun for everyone - even in the rain. For pet owners, there is a kennel a few miles away that provided a vacation spot for our grand-dog. He was able to join us on the beach for the afternoon and then return to the kennel when we went back to the house. I have already recommended this home to several of my friends. Anyone who books here will be glad they did!

Great House

We had a blast. There were 4 families with 7 kids 6 years and under. The house was well stocked with all kitchen needs and the dual dishwashers/cooktops worked well for cooking dinner for 17 people every night. There were also multiple pack-n-plays in the closet that we weren’t aware of that came in handy. It is a short walk to the beach (over two dunes at the end of the street) and it is also a short walk to the sound side where a day use beach was great for the younger kids to get time in the water. The private pool was excellent and had plenty of room for kids to play and adults to lay around and “relax.” The location was great and is the last neighborhood before about 12 miles of nothing to the south so the beach was wide open.

Multi-Generational Family Beach Trip

Pros: great location between sound & sea; +/- half-hour drive in either direction for stores, restaurants or attractions; water views visible from top floor; each bedroom had its own bathroom; decks on each level; awesome pool that can be heated depending on the winds; outdoor seating/including beach chairs; easy walk to beach for those able to walk it, pulling a cart is somewhat difficult, but doable; 3 refrigerators; elevator; nicely equipped kitchen; outdoor toilet/shower; quick responses from owners & property manager. Cons: towels were soured smelling & damp (totes containing linens for reservation following ours were left mid-week on one of our decks; heavy rain had rain water sitting on lids that were cracked. That's probably why our linens were damp. Linens should be delivered day of and not left outside in the elements). Would've liked more towels/washcloths. The dryer took 2-3 cycles to dry a normal load. A lot of time was spent doing laundry due to dryer issue. 11 adults, 4 children, 1 infant=a lot of laundry. Suggest bringing your own linens/towels for quantity and quality if you're not flying like we were. Property description shows tv in every bedroom. We had issues with cable working from day one. One bedroom TV had a Dish receiver but couldn't be connected as there was no co-axial cable in the room. Service Tech said there would have to be an install work order requested. I know you don't go to the beach to watch tv, but we had an 83 year old and a 70 year old with mobility issues that wanted their tv. The house was very clean and the kitchen was very well-stocked. However, one oven was completely down & the other one locked up when we were trying to bake a casserole. Being near one of the beach driving ramps is one of the reasons we selected the location of our rental. We had planned to take the two with mobility issues to the beach that way. We found out week before our arrival that ramp is closed from May to October for seasonal bird nesting. We were not aware of this and not sure if it's every year or location changes from year to year. Check into that before selecting your rental. We were also told while there that you can't drive on beach in front of rentals even when ramp's open. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this property for a large family vacation.
