Own two properties at the beach and one in Orlando FL, and have been renting them for many years now so I have some experience on this matter. I am 37 years old and my beautiful wife is 31, one kids & one dog.
We are super hosts in other platforms and have had a great experience renting our houses when we are not using them.
The houses are well maintain and constantly being updated to fit the needs of our guests.

we love visiting orlando from the weather to the theme parks, is fun for all the family.
the area is very safe and the gated community super nice, 5 min drive to all convenience stores, pharmacy, restaurants, disney, golf, etc.
