Location was great- cleanliness was NOT! Ants were in the laundry room, main bath and upstairs king bedroom, kitchen cabinets were coated in grease with hair stuck to the cabinets, popcorn was found under the bed upstairs which we never ate, box fan was broken, king bed upstairs frame was broken, and hair was in the shower. Kids wore socks on the hard wood floor and they were black. We ended up vacuuming the entire house, when we were finished- the bag was FULLof crap!

Pit stop

This place was perfect for our family of 8. We were stopping through before porting a cruise ship. The place was super clean, and had no issues at all. We did an airboat tour nearby, so much fun!

Close to all the parks

Very comfortable and clean complex. Only gripe is that they were doing lawn work on a Saturday morning which woke me up.

Good place

We had a good overall experience. It was clean in a good neighborhood. There wasn’t dishwasher or laundry detergent and I had to go buy some. It could have more supplies on the property like scissors and tape, things like that. The kids loved the pool and the provided pool noodles. Thanks for a great stay.

So close to Disney & great communication with owners

Clean, spacious and so close to Disney. We had a great time. We didn’t get to use any of the amenities but saw the pool was nice and kid friendly. Great location and convenient to attraction. The owners & property manager were responsive. Def recommend.

Lovely Lucaya

We love staying in this gated community. It is near the parks, shopping and fast food. This place was a great space with large bathrooms. Very nice and updated. Had everything we needed during our vacation. We would stay again and highly recommend them.

First Disney Trip

This was our first DisneyWorld experience with our family. The townhouse was amazing, clean and close to Disney. So much more affordable than staying on Disney property. We're so grateful we could stay there with our large family.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay. The townhouse is as advertised. It was clean and well kept. The neighborhood was cute, gated and close to everything. It took 10 minutes or so to get to the Disney parks. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Location, Location, Location

This condo is SO CLOSE to everything that you want to do in the Orlando\Kissimmee area. Communication with host was quick and accurate. Condo could use some updates to appliances (dishwasher was very old), and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Would stay again!

Birthday trip

Good morning, the trip was about me and my family celebrate my birthday my kids, my grandkids and my great grandbaby. The house was wonderful. The only thing was the kitchen was smaller than it pictured to be on the picture. The tub backed up and I cannot connect to the Internet. But once I talk to someone, I got connected to the Internet it was in the house, but it was taken care of. All was really nice. My family enjoyed it. We had a great time. Something was missing, but I’m quite sure they’ll get it all up the date, but it’s not a reason to stay there. It’s a great place for you and the kids to stay. They had everything for baby strollers everything so it was great Again thanks again for letting me live in your home

Some stuff needs attention

The closet door in bathroom needs to be fix. The supports in the bed needs to be replace . One of the cabinet door needs to be fixed.

Nice Stay

We visited for a girls trip to epcot for the weekend. We enjoyed our stay & loved that we were able to sleep a lot of people with everyone having their own space. The only thing i would say is the mattress in the downstairs bedroom is much nicer than all of the others. The ones upstairs are comfortable but very squeeky and springy. I would also recommend backup towels/washcloths!

Excellent property

I read reviews before I book a property. Reviews for this place were accurate. I'll add to it: Very clean including the floors / carpet. Nice furniture. Nice bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Nice washer / dryer. Comfortable beds. Easy parking. Quiet neighborhood. Great communication with owner. Would definitely stay again.

Good overall. Not a luxury accommodation, but a good option for families or if you have a group. It was quite clean, and smelled fresh when we arrived. It is exactly as advertised. The pool area is pretty basic, but good for lying in the sun and a quick dip. The property shows some wear and tear (chipping paint here and there). There are a few rules to be aware of such as thermostat must stay at 74•F, warning to use minimal water and electricity that may make a stay with a family less than ideal. Good communication and service from the owners. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Great time.

1st time using this location and it was perfect. Literally only 20 minutes to Orlando and the airport. Nice quiet area and the home is very nice. Plenty of sleeping space, great kitchen, bathrooms, pool is walking distance and easy access. Definitely will be back soon.

Great place!

This is a great place for a Disney trip! It's about 10 to 15 minutes away from Disney and other parks. There is so much to do around the area. Plenty of restaurants, stores, malls, and other things. It's a gated community with 24 hour security with a pool!We highly recommend and will be staying here again on our next Disney trip!!!
