The second bedroom includes a twin over full bunkbed and a separate twin bedâperfect for flexible sleeping arrangements. A comfy queen sleeper sofa is also available in the living room.

We purchased MermaidBay on 30A in early 2021 after falling in love with the Seagrove Beach area, beautiful community setting, pools, nature trails - and close proximity to the beach and walking distance to shopping, wonderful seafood markets and dining along 30A. The home has a host of recent upgrades like hardwood flooring, granite counters an upgraded kitchen and personal touches of our own with all new paint, downstairs flooring, decor, linens, towels, and more. We hope you like the touches we've added!
