You will be minutes from Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and 30Avenue while staying tucked away from the busiest crowds. Walk or bike to restaurants and shops, hop on the complimentary beach tram, or simply enjoy the pool without leaving the neighborhood.

Inside, high-end finishes make every room shine: shiplap accents, crown molding, quartz countertops, hardwood floors, and designer furnishings. The open-concept living area flows into a fully stocked kitchen with a spacious island, breakfast bar, and modern appliances. Upstairs, two king master suites offer privacy and comfort, one with a built-in queen bed for flexible sleeping. The third floor features two oversized bunk rooms, each with a private bath, plus a bonus living area with a sectional and Smart TV.

🚫 Tram Service Update: Access to the Seacrest tram service is no longer provided to Treetop guests. You will still have use of the private Seacrest Beach entrance, reachable by walking, biking, or a quick car drop-off.

🔕 Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors and the gated community.

🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the home.

🎉 No parties or events are allowed.

A $25 fee per wristband and $100 fee for the gate clicker will apply if any are lost.
