Three bedroom house near Mackle Park with tons of activities for kids or just a walk around the Lake. 1 mile to the beach 20 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride you have access to 2 bikes his and hers with a kid seat and basket for groceries. U shaped parking for 2-3 vehicles, also the backyard has a kid swings and bamboo ladder for tree climbing fun be careful with the ants.

Great House

Manny’s house was perfect four our family. It was super clean, was close to public beach access and was very affordable in high season. They were super responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. I’d definitely recommend renting this house.

Excellent location & place

We were very happy with the home. Very nice open concept with the kitchen, dining room and living room. A large tv in the living room and a nice screen porch in back. With 5 adults it would have been nice to have a 2nd bathroom.

Marco Island house

Nice property that backs to a very nice park. The house was very comfortable and beachy. Close enough to all of the beaches that they are only a short bike ride away. We all loved our cozy rooms. The dog park is very close so you will hear barking in the morning, but I love dogs and rise early so no big deal. I would definitely stay at this place again!

Newly remodeled home. Everything was clean, nice, and comfortable including the beds, pillows, couch etc. We had everything that we could possibly need. There were bikes for us to use as well as beach chairs and towels. I highly recommend this beautiful home for couples or for families. There was plenty of room!

GRATEFUL for this wonderful 3 night experience!

The pictures and description of this house were 100% accurate. It was 2 bedroom with VERY comfortable beds in each bedroom. The entire house was spic and span clean. The neighborhood was easily accessible and as two women traveling alone we felt quite safe. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated and up to date and it was especially nice to have a full size washer and dryer to use. Communication with Manny was outstanding. He was helpful beyond expectation with answers and flexibility. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again and again!

Way More Than We Expected!!

This is the first time that we used a VRBO and we couldn't be more satisfied! The house was cleaned and matched the photos and description perfectly. Most everything we needed was at our fingertips. The included bikes, beach chairs and towels and many kitchen and bath amenities along with the grill made our stay so enjoyable! We were extremely happy with the pond and walking trail in the backyard and the short walk to the beach! The neighborhood was very nice and we didn't have a worry regarding safety! My hope is that this property will be available for our next stay in Marco Island. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you for making our vacation so much MORE!!

Clean property - some areas for improvement

Overall, the property was very clean upon arrival and pretty close to what was advertised. We had a nice stay here with a few setbacks that I feel are worth mentioning. Check in was easy with an electronic door lock (however I don’t believe the property manager cycles the codes which is a safety concern.) 1. The listing does not mention the fact that this property is currently listed for sale. I stumbled upon this and immediately asked the Host. The response I got is that the house is listed and if it were to happen to sell, there really is no guarantee of your booking. The Host did mention that they will do their best to give 15-20 days notice should this occur and that there would not be any showings during our stay. You may want to have a back up plan. 2. The description says that the beach is only a 0.5 mile or 15 minute walk. This is entirely inaccurate. By gps measurement, the fastest route to the beach is actually 1.1 miles and closer to a 25 minute walk. This is important as many people may not want or be able to walk this distance, especially carrying all of the beach supplies. You can drive to the beach and use public parking for $10/day, however Marco Island keeps public parking fairly limited so I recommend going early. 3. The bikes provided for usage were not in great shape. When we got there one bike had loose handle bars and the other would not shift gears. After about a day the Host did drop off two more bikes. These bikes were a little better, but one of them has pretty soft brakes. 4. Right behind the property is a dog park which is very active starting from 7am. You will very audibly hear dog barking from the main bedroom, as the attached sliding door faces the park. If you like sleeping in, ear plugs are a must! 5. One evening around 8pm when we arrived home, there was a couple who appeared to be the landscaping crew changing out some decorative rocks in the front yard. We were not notified that anyone would be stopping by so this caught us a little off guard. Other than those things, the property was immaculately clean when we arrived and everything else was as described. We loved the comfy bed and the couch with large TV was a nice feature for catching a movie at night. The full kitchen and propane grill made it easy for us to cook on the nights we did not want to go out.

Affordable place to crash

Affordable place to crash, but not what I was hoping for. Arrived late and the place had a strong pet urine smell. We had to air it out and use fans whole visit. Woke up each morning to barking dogs in the dog park behind home. Golf cart parked in front of home was unsightly. The beds were ok and everything worked, so that was a plus. Would not recomend to a friend.

Fell short

With just a little additional attention, this could have been a great stay for us. The house itself is basically nice, 2 nice bedrooms that share a bath, with a third bedroom on the other side of the house (converted garage). The location provides a long walk (or short bike ride) to the beach. Grocery store is only a short drive away. Our issues were: no "welcome" information (no instructions of any kind, just the door code was provided), no paper products (despite the listing saying there would be), kitchen not well appointed (cheap dishes, scratched up pans, no coffee filters, etc.), golf cart did not work, lack of working lamps in living room and one bedroom, lack of patio furniture (oddly only an inexpesive kitchen table and small hammock on the patio). Dog barking from the dog park was relatively constant during the day, in additional to some loud people at times....but the park was a very nice place to walk. With a small investement and a little effort, this rental could be so much better.
