Hey there, and a big welcome to our " Cozy " White Cabin in Broken Bow, OK! Right from the get-go, as you pull up to this cabin, its charm and coziness will make you smile. This spacious cabin comfortably sleeps up to 12 folks (but it's best suited for up to 10 adults).

• Main Living Area Downstairs

Walking into this cabin is like stepping into a big hug. The high ceilings in the living room and throughout give you a sense of freedom and space. Kick back on the
comfy leather sectional, which is just perfect for snuggling up around the fireplace and TV. It’s a cozy spot that’s just waiting for you and your crew. And oh, the
fireplace! It’s a beautiful focal point that brings a bit of the outdoors inside and makes for some great family snapshots.

• Our kitchen is ready for your cooking adventures, stocked with all the essentials you might need. The big island and kitchen table mean everyone can join in on the
mealtime fun without bumping elbows.

• Got laundry? No worries! We’ve got two sets of washers and dryers, plus an iron and board for those quick touch-ups, ensuring you’re looking sharp for those cabin
selfies or nights out in Hochatown.

• Downstairs Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Each of the two king bedrooms downstairs is a cozy retreat on its own, with super comfy beds and linens. The ensuite bathrooms are a little slice of luxury, featuring
double vanities and spacious walk-in showers.

There’s also a full guest bathroom downstairs, complete with its own shower, so no waiting in line when it's shower time.

We provide: Graco® Pack 'n Play on the Go Playard / Crib
- The signature Graco playard push-button easily pops open with a durable frame.
- Converts to a crib for baby to sleep. We provide a separate 1 1/2" thick mattress and sheet.
- For your convenience, please leave the playard open and set up when you depart. We will wash sheets and like to check for any safety concerns before our next guest arrives.

• Upstairs Living Bunk Area

Head upstairs to find a whole new world waiting. There’s a great space with leather sofas perfect for lounging or chatting the night away. The twin over full bunk beds
are super cozy, and the French doors open up to a balcony with rocking chairs—just the spot for enjoying the great outdoors. Note: the top bunks are perfect for the
kiddos. With room for 10 adults and 2 children, there’s a cozy nook for everyone. Plus, the shuffleboard table and retro video game console up here mean fun times
are guaranteed.

• Upstairs Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The upstairs doesn’t stop there; two more king bedrooms with their own bathrooms mean more space for relaxation and privacy. Each room has its own style, comfy
beds, and linens. The bathrooms are equipped with single vanities and extra makeup vanity counters, alongside walk-in showers.

• Location

Our cabin is within 10 minutes from almost every restaurant and the lake (depending on seasonal traffic, of course!), right in the heart of Hochatown. You are vacationing in a rural mountain town, and many of the roads in the development are gravel (but easy to drive) so best to keep that in mind when deciding which car to bring.

♦︎ Boat Slip - The cabin is approximately an 8-10 min drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip.

Please note:

* The upstairs twin bunks (on top) are quite small and will only fit children.
* No smoking or vaping allowed in or on our property.
* No pets are allowed.
* No parties or events are allowed.
Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.
For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors
cabin entrance. They are activated 24/7 and record video and sound.
* The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.


・A $750 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure, assuming there are no damages or missing items. The deposit will be processed through a VRBO-approved API-integrated third-party service (via email), which we will also use for communication outside the VRBO platform through both emails and messages.

・Lastly, we'll need a quick rental agreement signed. It's just a bit of paperwork to ensure everyone's on the same page and your stay is wonderful!"

Welcome to the "wasp season" from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather
on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots.

Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's
wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture!
