Beautiful beachfront condo at the South Seas West Tower 1. Marco Island beach stretches for 3 miles and we are located on the north end near Tigers Tail Beach. Enjoy unobstructed gulf and beach views from our 5th floor beachfront condo which is closest to the beach. This north western exposure condo has new glass windows and sliders to enjoy full views of the beach, water and sunsets. Step out to one of the largest balconies in the complex and enjoy sunsets each night.
This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1,175 square feet condo is located on the 55 acre gated community of South Seas Club. Amenities include, covered parking spaces, a large heated pool, direct beach access, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffle ball, sidewalks, and fitness center.
Our condo is spacious and allows for views of the water as soon as you walk into the condo. The living space is bright with comfortable furniture and a new TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped, but with its vintage vibe you may be inspired to try one of Marco's many fabulous restaurants. The dining table seats 6 people.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bed rooms can sleep 4 people comfortably. Linens are provided for all beds. There are TVs in each bedroom.
The condo is fully equipped with everything that you need for a relaxing vacation including beach towels and beach equipment (beach umbrella (Shibumi!), chairs, and cooler). It is also equipped with high speed internet and a printer if you are inclined to work. Enjoy the Nespresso machine or Keurig to jump start your day. The large open balcony has furniture for dining or relaxing. In tower 2 there will be an exercise room for those that like to workout.
Tower 1 is under construction with the lobby and hallways being updated. Estimation for completion is December 2022. Tower 2 is also being renovated and will include a fitness center. Completion estimated to be February 2023.

This is our second home. We enjoy working remotely and looking out over the Gulf of Mexico from the comfort of the kitchen table. We love taking long walks on the beach and looking for shells. Our kids love to walk over and rent paddle boards at Tiger Tail beach and we all enjoy lunch together at the snack bar there. We enjoy attempting to play pickle ball and walking along the South Seas docks at Clam Bay. Watching sunsets with a little wine and cheese is a small slice of heaven on earth. We hope you will fall in love with Marco the way we have!
