We loved our time at Loon View Lodge! House was very comfortable and clean, plenty of space for a big family. We also loved the lake, great sandbar and swimming, never too busy. Tom was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Our group of friends really enjoyed this cabin. It’s at a great location and very well equipped with beds, kitchen and outdoor activities. We would come back!

Beautiful, clean home in a great location. We had our family there and can’t wait to go back! Thank you to Jim for being a wonderful host. Also, wifi and cell service were great - certainly helped during a week away!

Excellent Stay

This was our second year in a row at the property and we're already asking about next year! Tom was an excellent host, the property is very nice, clean throughout, and in an outstanding location. We couldn't recommend this enough!

Family week

We had a rainy week but this lake home was still perfect. Plenty of space & indoor activities. View of water so nice & peaceful Our family of 11 loved it!

Great house, Great location!

Our family of 9 enjoyed our week at this house on LCO. Check-in was a breeze, the place was very clean and you can't beat the location. Zero issues! Would def book again.

Great Property!

We had a great stay! Such a beautiful property overlooking the lake. The home is clean, beautiful & stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Communion with the property owner was great. He responded very quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Our seven day stay was filled with boating, water skiing, tubing, roasting marshmallows, playing yard games, scootering, water balloon fights, owl hunting, and kayaking.

First of many trips to the lake!

This property is absolutely amazing! So clean and well maintained not only on the inside but the outside as well. They have everything you could possibly need while you're there. Tom is so friendly and answered any questions we had within minutes! We will definitely be coming back every year!

Beautiful cabin and great weekend

We had a girls (moms) getaway weekend at this property and loved every minute of it. The cabin was beautiful and had absolutely everything we needed. The grounds were fantastic and we enjoyed the lake view (Nov. stay). Easy trip into town and really very comfortable. I can't think of any improvements. Everyone raved about their comfy beds. Overall, a great stay and will definitely go back!

Total Relaxation

This cabin has it all. Plenty to keep busy; with kayaks, boat lift, outdoor games. It's clear that Tom takes pride in his cabin and his attention to detail is much appreciated by his guests. Sitting on the deck with a glass of wine or ice cold beer watching the Eagles pass overhead is incredible. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places I have ever stayed.

I try to put myself in my guests shoes and know it's a big event to plan a vacation/reunion, so I want them to have the best experience they can.The eagles have a nest in the neighborhood and like to fish from the tall pines at our home. Excellent Vacation Home

We had a super week at this lovely home that has a fantastic view, is quiet and where the owner has anticipated and met every need you might have to make for the perfect vacation. The kids spent most of the week in the water using the kayaks, swimming and fishing off the dock. The house is exceptionally well cared for and the kitchen was well stocked with any pans, utensils and tools you might need. The location is close to stores and restaurants. While the photos and description are great, they simply fail to adequately capture what a wonderful place this truly is.

Perfect get-a-way for large family gathering

My family's annual, fall get-a-way, was spent at the beautiful chalet on Lac Courte Oreilles. The house was large enough for my kids and grandkids (13 total), and the yard was spacious enough for outdoor games and bonfires! There was plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, bowls, etc., for my large family, and plenty of space for eating. I would highly recommend this chalet for medium to large families! Thanks Tom!

Exceeded expectations

Our group of 7 loved everything about this beautiful cabin. Tom, the owner, was wonderful and his attention to detail and great care of his cabin made a significant difference. The view was spectacular, the cabin was very well appointed, and the property location was perfectly placed on the lake. We had privacy, nature at our door, and enjoyed boating, tubing, fishing, cooking, games and puzzles. We all felt very relaxed at the end of our week. Thank you Tom for offering such a great place for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect for large family

The house was warm and wonderful for our family. Just what we needed considering we had to be in Hayward for a funeral. Tom was very accommodating and extremely helpful considering it was such short notice. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone we can. Thank you again for helping us out and giving us the opportunity to all be together in our time of sorrow it was very comforting for my mother in law to have us all together while she grieved the loss of her brother.

Wonderful property, wonderful host! This home was even more spacious than we expected by looking at pictures. Plenty of room for our family - and the full living space in the basement for our teenagers was fantastic. Coffee on the deck watching bald eagles was a special treat. My parents both have mobility challenges, and while this property had two steps to go up enter it was fully walker accessible for them during our stay - including the deck. It made everything so much easier for them. Very clean, lovely furnishings, well-stocked kitchen - and the boat lift was great. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for everyone

We stayed at the cabin for the second time this year in August. We absolutely love all of the space and location it offers. Very close to the boat ramp and using the lift made things so much easier for all. The pictures of the property do not do it justice and it is maintained like someone is always on site. Tom is the most attentive and kind renter we have ever dealt with and we use VRBO whenever we travel. Pick this place and you will not be sorry!!!
