This lake front property boasts a large pool with plenty of deck space to enjoy pool side fun whilst enjoy a vast lake view.  Stunning sunsets are included!

This home was custom designed by a professional interior design team, every aspect of the home has been created purely for short term rental. 

Whilst relaxing in this 'Miami' inspired home, you will be able to enjoy the following:
Master bedroom features a king size bed, USB charging station and 55 inch Roku TV. 
The master bedroom has views of the pool and lake, which makes the more perfect wake up call. Upgraded ceiling fan for those warm nights.  
Through the double doors is the large master ensuite. A double sink vanity, garden tub (please note has jacuzzi jets fitted but they do not presently work), glass enclosed shower, Hair dryer and a large walk in closet add to that luxurious and spacious feel.   
Additional sheets and spare pillows available for your stay. 
Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed, USB charging station and Roku TV.

Bedroom 3 is a Baby Yoda themed bedroom with two twin beds.

This is for the Star Wars fans of the family. 
Your space travelers will enjoy the 32 inch wall mounted TV, USB charging station and plenty of room for luggage storage.
Bedroom 4 is perfect for adults, younger adults or young children.
Two twin beds with USB charging station and a 32 inch Roku TV. 
This home has a large, double vanity shared bathroom with separate sink stations.
Additional shelving storage space, hairdryer and tub with shower.

What makes this a fantastic vacation home for a family is the open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. 
Plus, wherever you stand in these rooms you get a view of the lake.
The large kitchen has plenty of storage space, so if you plan to eat at home during your vacation, you will have plenty of space to keep your groceries.  
You are welcome to enjoy your meals at the dining table, which can be extended should you need more space or enjoy the one level breakfast bar. 
During our summer renovations, we also included a full stainless steel appliance upgrade for your comfort.  

The living room was designed with you in mind! 
You are welcome to kick back on either of the comfortable 86 inch sofas and enjoy lake views through the triple pane living room patio door or enjoy steaming your shows on the 75 inch, wall mounted TV. 
This area is a comfortable place for family time with plenty of space for everyone.

If you are not too tired out from the theme parks,  you can enjoy your own private Lego themed gamesroom featuring a pool table, foozball and air hockey. 
To give your children some extra playtime (and you some extra quiet time) we have added in a custom-made lego wall ( lego pieces included but please feel free to bring your own too!).
Where your children can stretch their imaginations and make some amazing lego creations.

Should you need to wash any clothes or towels whilst on vacation, we included a new washer and dryer in our summer 2022 renovation.

WIFI is available.

You will be welcomed with complimentary dishwasher tables, laundry detergent pods, kitchen roll, dish soap and trash bags.

We have pool towels, plenty of bath towels, sheets, spare pillows, blankets, etc . . .  so just bring your smiles and be ready for a great time in this beautifully designed home.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.

* Electric vehicle charging is at owners' discretion and is prohibited at this property unless specifically agreed in writing before start of rental period. Fees will apply
