Vi har det perfekta semesterhuset för dig! Fullt utrustat 3 sovrum hem med privat, avskärmad pool med utsikt över en damm och bevarandeområde. Bara en 10 minuters bilresa från Disney-ingången men ändå i ett lugnt gated community med lekplats. 6 sovplatser i 3 sovrum. Alla sängar är helt nya inklusive uppgradering av King Size-sängen i sovrummet. Ytterligare 2 hopfällbara barnsängar och vikbar spjälsäng i full storlek ingår. 2 badrum inklusive privat masterbad. Nära till lokala shopping, restauranger och attraktioner. Nytt ägande, många uppdateringar. Rent hem underhålls av ett förvaltningsföretag.

Just returned from a 2 week family stay at this property and cannot fault it. From fantastic communication with Jeff pre and during the stay, to the property and location itself, the whole experience was excellent.Would definitely recommend staying at this fantastic property

Best Choice for a house

This is the first verbo house that I have rented and it was a great experience. Jeff was great with communication and answering any questions I had after we got to the property. Having our own private pool was wonderful. The children could swim practically anytime. And we Spread our Disney days out so we wouldn't be tired, and they swam on the days we weren't at disney, which was a Godsend. I would definitely choose this property again if I'm down in the Orlando area.

Cheer trip

My daughter and I came to Florida for a cheer competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports; this house was absolutely perfect for us. We had plenty of room (my sons were supposed to come but couldn't last minute), the pool was great, the house was clean, and the location was amazing. I have already reached out about booking again next year! Thank you so much for sharing your home!

1st birthday

Jeff was absolutely wonderful. He communicated with us the whole time we were there and if we needed anything he was on it. The place itself is very quiet and nicely decorated. I will definitely be staying again!

Great place

Great home with a pool. Was clean upon arrival and the check in process was very simple. My kids age 5 and 7 had a blast. Jeff was very helpful and kind to us. Highly recommend!

Great Value! Convenient Location!

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) enjoyed this home for a week. We travel a fair bit and have stayed in a lot of rentals, but found this one to be excellent value and well equipped. We appreciated the extras other places we have stayed haven’t had, such as enough hand soap, paper towel and toilet paper for the week. The community was quiet and safe which was important to us. We spent a few days at the Disney parks and found the drive easy compared to other locations we have stayed at.We will return!

Disney Trip

Our stay was wonderful. The house was just as described and the communication with the owner was great. The house was located close to food, shopping, and only 20 min to Disney. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

GREAT RENTAL

We were very very pleased with this property!!! It was clean, had everything we needed, and was only about a 10-15 minute drive into the Disney Parks. As with any rental, there was a fee to heat the pool, but it kept very warm our entire trip. We LOVED that there is a pond behind the house and not other neighbors. We saw many birds and TURTLES!!! The owner was very responsive, although we had zero issues. Easy check in and check out. Would absolutely stay here again!! Thabk you :) Ww

Relaxing

I’m so glad we decided not to stay at one of the Disney Resorts. This home was exactly what we needed after long days at Disney. We were simply able to relax and enjoy each other’s company, in the quiet of this beautiful home. *Just minutes to Disney, traffic was light, and parking was a breeze. I would recommend this home to everyone!

Wonderful!!!

We so enjoyed our time in this vacation rental! It is exactly as described, clean and cozy! This is the best supplied home we have rented on VRBO, I believe. I came prepared with trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc, but plenty of all were supplied - that is very rare! The owner's communication was perfect - he contacted us ahead of time and mid trip and was quick to respond to a question. The location is very convenient. I loved how close it was to the action, but removed from the hustle and bustle. I enjoyed feeling like a local using the backroads and shortcuts to shopping and dining, not to mention Animal Kingdom! I would 1000% stay here again if we return to the area and the home is available! Thank you!
