Welcome to Mill Pond Breeze! Come enjoy the location and relax with a view that will get your vacation or work trip off to a great start! This ground floor 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is the perfect stay for you and the family or just with friends! You are centrally located in Wesley Chapel in a mature resort community. The kitchen has all the necessities you need to create a quick breakfast or a relaxing dinner for four! Seating at the bar for two makes this an easy serving space. The dining table has seating for up to four people and a comfortable sofa awaits you in the living room that is perfect when you just want to relax and watch your favorite TV show or movie on the new 50" Roku Smart TV & cable! The bedroom has two queen size beds and a walk-in closet for storage and also a 50" Roku Smart TV. There is also an entrance to the patio from both the bedroom and living area as well through sliding patio doors. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and is also equipped with a grab bar for those needing extra assistance and also offers a separate dressing area. Enjoy the water views of Mill Pond while dining or just relaxing on the covered patio with seating for two. You will be front row to a beautiful Florida sunset as well! We can’t wait to host you!

Restful month at the resort.

Lovely location. Perfect size for two people. The property manager was responsive and helpful when we needed his assistance. The apartment was clean and comfortable, although somewhat dated. The location and outside property was lovely. We would stay here, again.

Perfect spot

Saddle Brook is located in a area that is close to shopping and restaurants It’s gated and secure a perfect spot for golf or tennis The condo was clean and had everything we needed plus nice views from the patio

Very Satisfied

Very accommodating! When we called about the WiFi being down due to the hurricane, he came immediately. He was very professional and fixed the problem right away. Brix, with ITrip, was extremely helpful and courteous!

Property

While the property was clean, it was outdated. The stove burners were uneven and didn't heat well after several adjustments. The dishwasher was outdated. The door had to be held down while loading. There was no pantry area to store food. The sofa was very uncomfortable and we had to put pillows under the cushions to make it a little comfortable. The shower was small and the toilet leaked. Using the code to enter and exit the apartment every time was time-consuming for us very senior citizens. We also had trouble with the Roku box in the living room. Had to keep resetting. Finally gave up and watched TV in the bedroom. Staff was very nice and responded to our needs. The pond outside the back patio was nice; however, we will not stay here again as it wasn't accommodating to our ages.
