Come stay with us and experience this Golf & Tennis community with great views…! Located on the second floor, this studio suite two queen beds, sitting area & TV is perfect for that simple getaway with friends or family. You have views of the golf course & Lakeside pond. In the mornings, have your cup of coffee on the beautiful patio while watching the herons and storks just steps away as they start their day! This studio has the basic necessities for a simple stay - toaster, Keurig pod coffee maker, compact refrigerator & microwave. The condo does NOT include a full kitchen, dishwasher or washer/dryer during your stay. The patio is accessible through the sliding glass door. If you prefer to eat out, there are many options to drive to within 10-15 minutes outside of the community.

-This second floor condo is only accessible via stairs (no elevator on property)

***PLEASE NOTE***Use of Resort facilities such as the swimming pools and gym are NOT included with condo rental. Golf, tennis & pickleball - Available for an additional fee. The resort super pool and gym are subject to availability through a Day Pass or Resort Pass for an additional daily charge. Ask about iTrip golf discounts!

Extended Stays - Any reservation exceeding 30 nights will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee each month that the stay extends. Cleaning will be coordinated with the management team. The additional cost will be added to your reservation after confirmation.

A very nice place.

The place was great and close to a lot of restaurants. Had no problems and I got quite and helpful answers for the owners.

Great Stay

Overall it was a great stay. There were a few roaches but after making sure the room was cool I didn’t see anymore.I also brought the garbage out every day. I thought both sides of the condo were going to be available so it was just the room with two double beds. It’s such a beautiful view, you can watch the golfers playing and strolling around in their golf carts; I would recommend this place. You can go for a nice stroll in the area and the residents are friendly. There were two that spoke to me. There wasn’t a laundry facility on site nor in the condo so I had to go to one nearby. They use dollar coins on the washers so don’t go getting change in the coin machine unless you’re using the dryer.
