The property is a three-bedroom, 2 bath home with a large kitchen and a large fenced-in backyard. There is plenty of parking space available in the driveway for several vehicles and even room for a boat trailer! We have TV's setup in the living room and the master bedroom. WIFI is available.

Family vacation

The location of this property was great to be able to access all the amenities of Charleston. The closeness to shim creek was a perk as it is a really nice place to walk and dine. This one was a perfect size for a family of four and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The house was great! Clean, cute, comfortable, perfect location near everything but in a quiet neighborhood, newer appliances, plenty of kitchen accessories, and comfortable beds. Would definitely rent it again.

The property was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Close distance to Charleston as well as Sullivan Island and Isle of Palms. Everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent all around

We loved this house. Location is great if you want to go to the beach and the house was perfect for our needs. Very clean and updated. It was nice to be able to cook and not have to eat out every meal. We highly recommend and would try to stay there again if we return to the area.

Vacation with family

The house was very nice. Everything was clean and as described. There is 2 issues that we had, one was the master bed was very hard and there r bees around the patio. My stepfather got stung by one. But I would definitely stay here again

Peaceful Place

House was great place for a home base while site seeing Charleston and Sullivan's Island. Comfortable bedrooms and living space. There were only two of us for this visit, but the house could have accommodated three couples or a family with several kids. Quiet neighborhood and a fenced in yard. Conveniently located to local restaurants and for day trips to Charleston.

Great Place, Great Location

My wife and I spent 7 nights at the property. The place was immaculately clean at arrival (including adorable toilet paper art). Neighborhood was quiet, very little foot or car traffic. Wonderful location for Sullivan’s Island beach (10 min). Mount Pleasant is amazing, a plethora of restaurants and cute shops within minutes of the house. While only 2 of us stayed, the house could easily accommodate a larger family. Good sized bedrooms and kitchen/living room. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Easy to get to beach and downtown

Inside was nice, clean and included needed essentials. Outside needs attention- lawn was weeds, gardens unkempt, garbage can was overflowing. Neighborhood ok, was quiet. Ok place to stay
